Absolutely great service!! They did not have what I was looking for, but she was very helpful in explaining when they should get more. I just wish Id caught her name.
I dont know why folks are on herewhining and complaining. If you go to Sallys then you already know what you are going in there for. Ive been a customer for years and have never had any issues. I always find what I need and everyone has always been very nice.
I went in looking for products to do a French manicure and they had nothing. No kits, no white polish, zilch. They were poorly stocked overall and the shelves were messy.
The young girl at the register was sooooo rude! If you ask questions it was uh I dont know! If u ask her a price it was bring it here! Like it was my job to know, and I was bothering her! Which she was standing there doing nothings! So I ask the lady in the back for help and she was like, the girl at the register will help u! If I would have had time I would have left and drove to Olive branch store, they are eager to help you there! But I should be able to shop my Southaven store without feeling Im a bother! Or to be treated rudely! My time is valuable ask well! The customer in front of me was treated the same! She also didnt want to add our pro info.
The employee that was there was awful... she didnt help me and was very unhelpful... if was just awful
This was my 1st time in this location. Ive been shopping with Sallys for YEARS and this is the worst location Ive been too so far. There were two products that I was out of, I asked the manager she said they got a truck and was working on putting it out and I could come back tomorrow which is not a big deal, So what I did instead was I asked her if there was a product that she could recommend me that was similar to the one I was out of, She said that she was not sure and was just kind of scanning the area that I was standing in for similar product. She couldnt refer me to another product... Pretty sure she was the manager. The young lady who checked me out was sweet, but it took her a minute to get to the register when me and another lady had been standing up there for a couple of minutes and she never said that she would be right with us or anything. Ask somebody who has worked in retail for 15 years It was just disappointing.
The other night I came in and there was a young lady named Trinity and she helped me a lot! She was very sweet and reminds me of my granddaughter helping out her old grandmother! Highly recommend!
How come every time you call the store to arrange for a curb side pick-up someone picks the phone up and hangs it right back up without saying a word? If you call the number on the website you sit on hold for hours on end or you get transferred just to get disconnected!

Havent been to BAM in years. It hasnt changed much. I was surprised and disappointed that my membership and its rules had changed and I no longer qualified for a discount.They had a good selection of books and magazines. The environment was very upbeat, modern, clean. I do miss the coffee that some stores had and the late night hours.The clerk was very personable and knowledgeable. But I could use an actual brochure explaining all the new membership rules since they are much more complex now.
The signs on the door show curbside but the enployees inside did not come to the door and ray whether they are open or closed. It was very unprofessional. There was a customer who placed an order and was having issues picking up her order because no one would answer the phone or door.
I’ve been going here multiple times a week to buy hair products for myself and my clients, I am always treated horribly. Today, I called to see if they had a product in stock that I know they carried, and instead of the woman going to look, she quickly responded that they didn’t carry the product. I later went and got it anyways.
This store is getting more more expensive. Went in the for gelish top and base and the minis was $25 such a rip off. Youre better off staying stocked up and ordering off line. Literally everything in there is way over priced. Not worth the time and money. Not to mention they open at 9am I Walked to the door and the lady literally made me stand at the door til 9:05 while she got set up.i understand we all run late but at least let your customers in vs. Letting them stand in the cold.
I am writing this during Quarantine time. if you were trying to pick something up from Sally’s and try to call do not press 3, just stay on the line and it will connect you to the store.
Vist this store in southeaven and the workers are very rude and unprofessional Ive been shopping here for years I drove at least 36min to get products that I needed and the woman said they were in back and there where two workers there and they would not go and get the items for me said it would be tomar but why when its only 2:00 yall close at 9:00 they need to be fired
Sallys Corporation if you are reading this please stop hiring ghetto minded people to run this store. The women are crude, rude, and fools. They dont value customers or customer service complain that I see you in here all the time Um, yeah I work make money and buy the beauty supply stuff. I also buy luxury cars, luxury bags, and luxury perfume. So stop giving me the stank eye when I walk in to buy some Essie polish or other mani pedi products. I gave a girl a coupon that I could have just not printed and used on my phone and when I reached for it back she held it in the air like I was a toddler and never once said sorry if you print the receipt I have to keep it. Instead I had to ask for it back for her to verbalize like normal humans do. She said she had to keep it but by then I was through. What nasty women. They are just dry and rude words truly cant describe them. Get rid of all of them start anew!!!!
The employees at Sally Beauty Supply are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. They usually offer a discounted item at the register or make known something that may be useful with the products Im purchasing.
Every time I go into this store the are two women in particular that are insanely rude and make nasty remarks the entire time I am in the store. The last time I was in the store one of the workers looked at me and said “I would never let anyone I know do their hair like that” that was incredible uncalled for and rude
Its a clean and neat store but theyre always out of a lot of stuff.
Go here once a month to buy the SAME hair dye everytime and I always get the SAME buy 2 get 1 free deal thats advertised on the front window. Tried to do that again today and was refused the deal. I asked them why and they told me the hair dye I picked out didnt qualify. But the sign has the EXACT BOX AND COLOR I purchased and all I got as a response when I point that out was a uhhh that sign came like that which was followed by an eye roll. I was still charged for all 3.Would have given 4 stars from past experiences.....

I have gone with my wife a few times and overall they were friendly. Like anywhere else you go in the south. Just depends on who you get. Sally workers are kind of non chalant so dont go with a ton of questions bc they are trained to not give beauty advice..
Women are rude and unprofessional to customers act like they hate you walked in the store and don’t try to ask them a question then they really get agitated and quick to get nasty.smh
The only reason it gets one star is because ot wont let me give it 0. Let it be known that these are the rudest people u ever encountered in my life. I asked a employee for help and I got an ugh and an eye roll then what. Never again will I ever walk into this store. I was a Sallys beauty club member too. UNACCEPTBLE!
The staff here is extremely rude to my family every single time we shop at this store, and we are very common and respectable customers that do not deserve to be treated this way.
