Everyone was friendly and helpful. The manager asked if we found everything okay. There was an associate working on the floor. She heard us discussing command strip and directed us to two other places to find them. Michelle check us out at the counter. She was friendly, courteous, and professional.

Fun to shop store looking at all the nifty appliances. Many discount coupons available.

Wanted a shark vac only one left wouldnt sell floor model, but none on order, and she said that werent going to order any more of that model. Left no purchase dont understand why I couldnt buy the floor model doesnt make sense. I wont go back any more

The staff was nice and helpful...very courteous, my wife and I found every thing we needed, the only draw back was they didnt observe the month of May being Military and Veteran Appreciation Month...Other than that all was well...keep up the good work guys

This store is easily becoming one of my most favorite stores. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The store has always been clean and organized. Prices are good, and I get coupons in the mail every so often, which makes the prices even better. They have everything from cookware to bed sheets and personal pampering items.I would definitely recommend this store!

I ordered an item during Black Friday sale on 11/17/20. It wad delivered a week or so later and given as a Christmas present on 12/25/20. After using it a few days it was discovered to be defective. I took it to my local store today to exchange for one that would work properly. I was told the sale price was only good for 14 days after the sale and I would have to buy the replacement for full price minus what I paid for the original one! About $200 more. or get a refund. Its pretty sorry of them not to stand behind their products and just exchange my bad one for a working one. Especially knowing 14 days will come before Christmas!. I took my money back!No more dealings with them!!!!

You need at least an hour or more to see everything they have in the store they have appliances, linen, bathroom, kitchen appliances and silverware,beauty aids cookies and candy.

Went in particularly looking for bath robes. Why are all of them 50 and up

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. I can always find what I came for. The service is great! Large selections of bedding and Curtains along with appliances. We have gone in for one item and would leave with a buggy full! Hard not to with all they offer.

The store for everything Bed and Bath is no longer. I paid more, but I got more quality and selection wise...Im deeply sadden by the closures. Ive shopped here for decades...didnt see this coming!

Website says closes at 8pm but the store close at 7pm instead wasted my time coming here.

Love this place, however they were out of the curtains I liked. Both sets.

To rich for my blood as I am a thrifty shopper but really nice stuff

I just have to share a disturbing experience to me while at this store. My mother and I came to buy off a wedding registry for a bride to be. The cashier was such a gentlemen, and so helpful to us through the whole experience. Very professional. We found a gift, but there was only one left, and it was display. We did not want to buy it without the box. To make sure it had the box before we purchased, the professional and polite young man called the manager on duty up to have her check. I was startled when she got up there and only made the response,”you know we don’t keep the boxes to displays”. Rudely, inconsiderate, and without even checking. The professional young man was doing his job, and might I add better than the manager, who did not even care to go out of the way for my mother and I! I hope the professional employee reads this, and I hope he knows it is NEVER ok to be treated like this. Especially when being professional and doing his job! To the inconsiderate manager, SHAME ON YOU for diliberately trying to embarrass your employee! If that manager would have been the only interaction we had, I would not be going back!

I had not been in BB&B in was very long time. Lots of merchandise and there was someone Matt that could help me. Very pleased.

Mainly the staff are very nice until the holiday season arrives.They still will attempt to provided an elevated level of customer service. Returns are basically hassle free as long as you provide a receipt.

Typical Bed Bath & Beyond except that I noticed a fair number of items on the shelf that appeared to have pieces stolen from them. The fact they were still on the shelf is either evidence of lack of attention by the employees, indifference of management or and excessive crime rate.
