Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The owner screamed at us when we questioned their policy for only allowing 3 dresses to be tried on while shopping. Screamed ! The store was empty, I understand the policy if it is crowded or someone is waiting on a fitting room. But, to be told trying on more than three dresses was a waste of their time when the store is empty? Wasting their time, 3 people working and 1 customer trying on dresses.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL dresses! Both workers were very nice and helpful. I bought my first prom dress here and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice dress at decent prices.

I shop here often, and Ive only had good experiences. The owners have always been friendly to me and are always very helpful in assisting me to find exactly what I need for any occasion. They have a wide array of formals to choose from, as well as classy outfits for church or dressy events.

Horrible customer service

They have beautiful dresses but they have very bad customerservice. My daughter tried on two dresses for the prom. She ask to try on one more dress. The lady told her to focus on what she wants and the color she was not going to keep trying on dresses and get it together.

Great semi-formal, and formal wear for kids and adults!!! Gorgeous gowns, church clothes, special occasions and parties!

I just went there today with my aunt to look for a prom dress for my LAST prom, she denied me because of my height due to I wanted to try on a long dress because I always wear long dresses and Im 49 1/2. She left me in tears pretty much like discrimination against due to my size!!!. Ive posted about this store on my social media all my friends went there and she told them they were either too fat or it would be pointless for them to try on due to being small! And I had to BUY the dress BEFOREHAND I could try on!? I really dont see how shes in business still very VERY HATEFUL AND DISCRIMINATES EVERYONE!

My niece went looking for a dress and I guess she met the size and height criteria to try on dresses. Its a tad bit pricey. I would definitely recommend shopping around for better deals and a wider selection of dresses.

The lady works there is very rude . I went to purchase my daughter a dress for prom . The dress was inside the display area . I asked this bat how much was the dress . And told her my daughter wanted to try it on . She goes on to ask me if it’s in my price range . I played like I didn’t hear that . So then we saw another dress that was behind the counter and inquired about it . The dress had size small on hanger but she said the dress may be big on her and we need to focus on the dress we really wanted ......I want spend another dime in this place . After shopping here in the past .

I had an excellent experience. My daughter dress turned out gorgeous.

The people here were very nice. I found the perfect dress for my prom. I love it!

Poor attitudes. Just left the store next door and tried on the same exact dress just in a different color same color and all and the woman was going to me the dress wouldnt fit!! Very very rude!

Very odd rules in this store. They wont let you try on the dresses that are on the mannequins unless you are committed to buying it before they take it down... Which is a hard call to make considering you dont know if it will fit/ look good on you. They will let you try on 3 dresses max and even then, you are NOT allowed to take pictures at any point. They are very firm on this. (There are no mirrors in the dressing rooms, only outside the dressing rooms, so they can monitor this). I can see how the other people who reviewed thought the service was bad because when you are willing to spend $400 average on a dress, youd think people would be very willing to help you find a dress you want.

Worst dress store ever. Very rude people who work there. Cute dresses but customer service sucks. Wouldnt recommend it at all. Dont waste your time

I went there for a prom dress and i could only try on 3 dresses and due to my size i couldnt find a dress. The lady wouldnt even let me take a picture to show my grand because i have to have her approval befor buying it. The woman is very greedy and rude.

I went with my cousins so they would try on dresses and the lady would only let one person try on dresses at a time, even though there were 2 dressing rooms. the lady was also rude for no reason. she also said “why would you wear white to prom?” in a snarky tone

The lady there was very rude to me, my brothers fiancé, and her sisters. I would not ever recommend this store to anyone. It is a waste of time

THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE.... she wouldnt even let us try on dresses!!!!! CRAZY! I have never seen anywhere like this. So very rude!

Wish I could leave 0 stars! They will NOT let you try on a dress unless you purchase it, and they follow you around the entire time and ask you not to touch anything. The dresses are old, out dated, and wrapped in plastic so that you cannot see full details! Theyre horrible people and business owners.

Worst experience Ive ever had in a store. The service was terrifying, seriously. I was scared by how the owners were treating me and those that were with me. Please do not even walk in this store, it is not worth the stop.
