Beautiful hardwood flooring from Tim Hogan’s in Southaven. Kim and Rob in the store handled all of the details and provided great information and customer service. Josh and Amy did the prep and installation plus all of the details involved in tearing out current flooring and laying hardwood. Really even prettier than I imagined. 5 Plus Stars.

Purchased kitchen back splash tiles from Hogans. Couldnt be more pleased with them showing us all sorts of available material and bringing samples to our home. Expert installers! Kind, efficient and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone.

After speaking with Devin, I knew I wanted Tim Hogan’s to install my carpet. He was so knowledgeable and helpful when selecting my carpet. Josh & Amy installed the carpet. They were very professional and provided excellent customer service. That, along with the quality carpet, is the reason I am so glad I chose them.

Ive been using Tim Hogans for 10+ years on all of our remodels. I have probably done 300 or more houses since then and used them on every one. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experiences with them. They are friendly with my workers when they come in to get product and always communicate with them as well. Ryan is a great guy and easy to deal with.

Devin was amazing in getting everything set up for us. Josh and Amy did a great job laying such beautiful floors and Rob was super helpful along the way. Overall a great experience and amazing quality!

I originally posted a 3 star rating due mainly to the fact that when the installers finished the job they left carpet shavings throughout my house, garage and all over my driveway.When I called the store I was informed that I would have to vaccum when they finished. I did not see how after paying $9000+ I should be responsible for this much clean up.What happened afterwards is what changed my mind to the 5 star it is now.I texted Devin my sales agent (on Friday night) pictures and expressed my concern. He texted back apologized and said he was notifying Rob their install manager.Rob called at 9am Saturday morning and was very apologetic. He offered to have someone come by to clean the mess left behind and this was definitely not their policy. I declined since I had already cleaned the driveway and garage and was getting ready to vacuum the house.The conversation ended well and he happily offered me a $100 gift card (which I accepted of course) and plans to make the throw/area rugs my wife wants for cost.He seemed sincere and to me it made up for the issues. But thats not where it ends.A couple hours later I set up to vacuum and realized that my new plush carpet was to much for my old vacuum to handle.I called Rob back and explained and asked if the offer still stood. He not only sent out a crew to vacuum he also sent out a brand new soniclean vacuum cleaner in the box with bags and offered it to me for below cost if I wanted it. Which I did buy but this was a pretty sweet vacuum for the price. He gave it to me for less than half the price I could find it anywhere online.Im am taking this time to write this because there will always be times when services will not go as planned. So what is important to me is what the company does when something does go wrong.I want to say that Tim Hogan more than made up for any issues. Rob and Devin went above and beyond. Hopefully this will help someone make their decision. Because I will definitely speak highly of Tim Hogan from this time forward.

My husband and I purchased new wall to wall carpeting throughout our home from Tim Hogan’s Carpeting and Floors. We had the pleasure of being greeted by our salesman, Devin Dodson when we walked into the Southaven store. He took the time to walk us through several options and all the warranties involved with no pressure on purchasing right away as other carpet companies did before him.We informed him of the previous bad experiences we had with Floor Depot in Southaven. Devon listened and assured us that our experience would be positively different with him and Tim Hogan’s Carpeting and Floors. He explained in detail the carpeting options and padding differences which helped us to decide on the brand and style we chose. Devon arranged the installation date, let us know who would follow up, and when to expect a pre-call before the installation date.As we were leaving the store, we noticed an area rug on display in the store that would go well in another room in our home. Devon offered us an additional discount on the rug, so we decided to purchase it as well.The day before the install date, we received a call from Rob to inform us when the install crew would be there and who to expect. The two gentlemen who showed up were very professional, polite, and made sure we were happy with all areas as they put the carpeting down.I was pleasantly surprised to have a follow up call from Devon the next morning making sure we were happy with the carpet and installation. My husband and I let him know we were quite pleased and will make sure we use them in the future. I highly recommend Tim Hogan’s Carpeting and Floors to anyone looking to have their flooring or carpeting done; you will be very happy with your purchase and the sales experience!

These guys are great!! Ryan came out and gave me a quote before we finished updating our house, and as soon as we got finished with paint and trim I called and he got us on the schedule right away, less than a week. The installers were both prompt and polite and my new carpet looks fantastic!!

My wife and I recently purchased our new floors from Ryan at Tim Hogans in Southaven. We went with a wood look porcelain tile and it looks fantastic in the house! The workers were polite, professional, and quick. Ryan did an excellent job explaining all the flooring options in a low pressure and informative manner. Very pleased with the whole experience and will be a repeat customer. Plus no interest financing on the whole purchase.

She listened to my likes and dislikes and inno time at all put together an absolutely beautiful combination oftiles (3 types) for our shower and tile for our bathroom floor! I went to several different big box stores and other flooring stores, and no one was nearly as willing to help as Tim Hogans. At another flooring store, I got a vibe like my flooring needs were not important (expensive) and thus I was not worthy of their business.Elizabeth was professional and, more importantly, she was very personable. That made all of the difference in the world to me. They have a huge selection and the prices are very reasonable. Installation went smoothly; they removed my old carpet as well.Thank you - I will be a repeat customer.

I was left with a terrible mess to correct. I had to have a different crew come in to correct the flore installation and then all of the base board was scared up. No one came back to check the installation. I gave up and did the work myself. Most unsat, and do not recommend.

After shopping around town for flooring, I settled on Tim Hogan Carpet... nice staff, they came out and laid laminate for kitchen and upstairs, and carpet for stairway, was not satisfied with upstairs flooring, it appeared to have high and lows in the floor.Prepared for a verbal battle with Tim Hogan, I received just the opposite, A man by the name of Bob Barn came out and to my surprise explained to me that it was my subflooring that was the problem, and pulled the laminate, replaced my subflooring at no extra charge very happy now, my floor is smooth thank you Tim Hogan and staff .,

We got 2 estimates on carpet for our house. One was from carpet spectrum, the other Tim Hogan Southaven. Ryan came out that morning, and carpet spectrum later in the day. I had gotten a sample from carpet spectrum. Tim Hogan would not give us a sample to take home. Ryan first gave us a estimate of $4,600.00, then refigured, and came back with $4,100.00. Carpet spectrum could not get back until the next day, because she had more houses to give estimates. Betty said it would be under $3,000.00. I went to Tim Hogan on the price, since it was the exact SAME carpet and COLOR. The carpet we chose, came from the sample of carpet spectrum, not Tim Hogan. I asked if they would come off the price some. I said $3,950.00, meaning to say $2,950.00, my mistake, because she said under $3,000.00. Not an exact estimate at the time, but as high as you can get under the price. At the store, the employees said they were competing against carpet spectrum, and was told to give us a good price. Was told that he would probably meet, or beat the price by 10 percent. I was very upset over paying an additional $1,200.00 for the SAME carpet, and color. The 2 employees said they would have been upset also. I was calm, not yelling, polite. Ryan said we had to pay half for them to get the carpet by friday. The next morning carpet spectrum came back with an estimate of $2,800.00, and even gave me a $100.00 coupon off that. When I called Ryan, he said the papers were signed, and the only thing he would do is upgrade the pad upstairs to a better pad. I could care less about pad upstairs, only upstairs to sleep, and shower. The difference of the $1,200.00 could have bought bedroom furniture, or a good down payment on it. I have no complaints with the installers, except only one spoke english. Had trouble sometimes understanding them. They did a good job. Told Ryan if they did not try to work something out with us, that I would put this letter on facebook, and both web pages. There is no contract that cannot be changed. I hope this letter convinces other to get 2 or 3 estimates before signing anything. We got screwed on the price. My husband gave me a check from his checking account. I signed my name on it, I got to the car and realized I had signed my name. I went in, told the employees the mistake. Did I need to go home, less than( 2 minutes) away and get one signed by him. They said as long as it went through the bank, they didnt care whose name was on it. They had to know that was wrong, I offered to go get his signature. The employees were surprised that he would not make a better offer, to make it right. We could have stopped payment on the check, which would have been wrong for us. It would have cost $25.00. He said there was a $900.00-$1,000.00 restocking fee for canceling the order. He would have had to take us to court to get the money. How can you charge a restocking fee on labor that has not been done. At that time the carpet may have been ordered, but not for sure if it had been shipped. He said it was cut and shipped. If so, why did they lay it in the driveway to cut it. The pad could have been used for anyone. No work done, so charging a restocking fee on work not started for 2 days was wrong. They are making a killing on this job. If they wont work with senior citizens living on ssi, thats pretty bad business. We also told him we need several more rooms of carpet, if he worked with us we would use them. Made NO difference, they lost more work here, and I hope by others. One of the movers accidentally detached part of my tv stand, top part. Mentioned it to Ryan, said he would get back with me. Still waiting. Hope this helps someone, it didnt us
