I visited the downtown location. I was surprised by a few things 1.Parking rates in adjacent garage 2. Cover charge to get in while bands playing. Outside of those factors its a really cool spot. Nice cigar selection, chill vibe and good drinks. It needs to be bigger though because its very popular and seating is limited.

Decent selection of cigars, staff didnt say much while browsing and looking for anything.I would probably go back if I was in the area again.

Cigar Haven, is a good spot to get some quality smokes, Jay is very knowledgeable and a good Somalier of Smoke...

My friend and I went there Saturday and we loved it. The people and the atmosphere were great. Sweet James is a must try for beginners. We will definitely visit again!

They have a great staff and a large selection of fine cigars. I would highly recommend a visit and then sit back, relax and enjoy the company of everyone around you. There is a comfortable seating area with TVs to enjoy sporting events while you relax. This is a highly friendly atmosphere where good company is enjoyed and encouraged. Even if you are new to cigars you will find the staff helpful in pointing you to not only good brands but also quality flavors that you can enjoy from your 1st visit. No one is intimidated here by a lack of knowledge of cigars and they even have complimentary water and colas while you smoke.

I knew nothing about cigars. The employee there was very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He answered all my silly questions & helped me pick out great gifts for my Dad for Fathers Day. They have a great selection of cigars as well as accessories for the cigar enthusiast.The Cigar Haven had several televisions,couches, & gaming tables so it would be a great place to hang out & enjoy a cigar. I was visiting Memphis from Texas but whenever I come back I will definitely make a stop here.

Jason is awesome! Everyone is friendly and you feel real comfortable in the first 5 minutes of walking in. All cigar lounges should feel this way. You should come by and enjoy a stick with your new friends.

Within the first few steps inside, was warmly greeted. There was no judgment on my young age. Genuine open arms welcome. Assisted with a new flavor to get outside my norm. Was offered a complimentary beverage. Sitting here now as I write this review. Most definitely going to come back here. Highly recommend. Good, knowledgeable service and wide ranges of cigars

Not open during listed hours of operation. No sign on door stating why or when they would be back. Frustrating when you try and make a run there during a short lunch break.

Went there not really knowing much about cigars and asked the worker questions his name was Darius to which he was very polite and gave amazing answers even to specific questions about certain cigars. Will definitely be back.

Excellent selection of cigars and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick some premium cigars to try to decide what I liked for future purchases for special occasions.
