I had placed an order the night before so that I can pick it up the next day. When I got there to pick up, the cashier working in the front of the store was very rude! He made a remark, because it was raining, and I quote “for some reason people always pick up furniture when it’s raining.” I was so close to saying something back but I didn’t. What he didn’t know is that I had placed the order the day before pick up. He made a bunch of remarks throughout us waiting for our order to be brought up to the front. If this is the best you got Office Depot, then it looks like you’ve lost a customer. Very unprofessional!

Quick service. Needed a print job fast and they delivered. Uploaded the documents from my phone to their website. Placed the print order. Paid by credit card. And when I pulled in their parking lot I received an email that my order was ready. Talking about efficient.

They truly have the WORST customer service in the printing department! I have been here many times to get help for whatever I had going on and they NEVER seem to have the time! If they are that busy, maybe they should put in another Office Depot in the area! I just got off of the phone and needed something simple printed and could not believe that they are so booked that they cannot even print out ONE sheet for me! She did not even try to recommend or assist me in ANY way! Will NEVER go back!

Horrible customer service in printing😡

I went to have invitations printed off. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cardstock I brought to have them printed on were pretty thick which kept jamming in the printer. I could tell they felt frustrated towards the printers but they kept their cool and they were very polite. Eventually the printers cooperated and my invitations turned out wonderful. Thanks ladies so much for your help! I will be back!

We needed some professional supplies and always go to Office Depot. Got what we needed, in-and-out quickly. Well done!

Great staff. Very helpful and even told me how to find what a certain type 9f toner. Then helped me to save 20 some odd dollars on the purchase!) Great place.

I asked a young lady, after I was waited on, to help me because the original helper was doing something else. The young lady was extremely professional and typed everything for me. I didnt get her name but she attends the University of Memphis. I tried to guess her age and she is 22. I said 19. Quite the professional at that young age.

Staff is very knowledgeable on products. Always friendly cashiers. Very helpful when I need something thats not on the shelf. Overall highly satisfied and will return often

Tikina has great customer service, a wonderful attitude, and runs an excellent store.

They need an upgrade in stock and better staff. The store needs better lighting and some brighter colors. It comes across as a dead place to shop but is the only game in town.

Was there to buy specialized paper. The staff is probably bored out of their minds. On the floor u can barely get any help. On the other hand the guy at the print shop was awesome. So he kind of saved the day 4 me

I purchased some decorative letterhead paper from Office Depot/Max and later went to Kinkos down the street to print, but to my surprise they said the did not have the capability to print on that paper. This is a printing company so I was stunned.I returned to Office Depot/Max the following day to inquiry about printing off the document. The team member Christal helped me and not only did she know exactly how to print the document on the paper it was perfect, no smudging. She also made a suggestion to me regarding packing and labeling so I purchased those items and she printed off a custom label for me. The formal document looked so professional with the paper and the labeling.She was extremely knowledgeable professional helpful and courteous. I was unaware of the extent of OfficeMax printing capacity but I am now a Customer for Life thanks to the wonderful assistance of Christal.

Horrible service, 45 min to a hour wait with only two customers in the line beside myself just to print out a few copies and get two items scanned. I have been there quite a few times because they are closer to my home, but I will now be making the drive to a different location because of how much horrible service I get everytime I am there. They need to train staff on being more professional and to pick up the pace a bit.

Terribly understaffed. Last Saturday I waited in line 1 hour just to print something that I had emailed them, i waited a similar amount of time once before, and a time before their printers were just completely down. The employees (manager included) simply do not give one flying **** that their customers are upset, they offer no apologies, they have a deal with it type response. Last saturday was my last time supporting this place.

No one asked us if we needed help in the furniture section. We had to go ask someone for help. I went to the restroom and was so scared to use it. Had no toilet paper in any stall and it was so gross in there. We had to carry out a desk we bought bc they didn’t offer a carry out. This is for the Southaven Mississippi store. Very disappointed.

They have a good selection but its always super hot in there. Its so bad that staff gets out electric fans sometimes. My daughter and I almost got physically ill while waiting in line in the heat.

Poor service. Employees walking away from there post. Customers lined up, new customers are being served before old customers, been here 30 mins just trying to get a form copied but the paper jammed. Is this who office Depot runs there business?

They never have their OD brand of legal writing paper ($1 per pad) so you are forced to buy the OD premium brand at $1.75 each. Their coupons are a scam. I went to buy Epson 802 ink with their coupon like I have for years in the past. Coupon said it excluded HP but when I went to the cashier, she said Epson and 2-3 other brands did not qualify. That was NOT shown on the coupon only at check out. STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAM !!

If you need to ask a question about their service and want to speak to someone on a phone... FORGET IT. Tried for three days and was put on hold for three days and gave up. I spend a LOT OF MONEY there. Pitiful.

This is THE WORST office depot Ive ever been too. I wanted a custom calendar made and no one could help me. Ive been to plenty of Office Depots with great graphic design teams that helped me right away. The staff here has no idea what theyre doing. Its embarrassing to see. DONT GO HERE

I placed an online order for copies to be made for pickup. When I went in to pick up my order that was already paid for the associate did not even acknowledge that I was there... she was helping another customer. I waited for 10 minutes and still she had not made any acknowledgment that I was there. I went over and asked if she could hand me my order since it was just a pick up and already had been paid for. She looked at me and said its going to be a bit and walked off. When I walked away to get a manager she immediately went to go help the lady who had been standing in line behind me. The LOD (person that they called when I asked for a manager) that they called up pressed a microphone and asked the associate if I needed to come back later for my order and she said that it was just going to be a while before I could get my order picked up. The associates name was Amanda. I will not be using office depot for my print services in the future aand very likely will purchase my new laptop elsewhere as well.

Terrica, the printing service supervisor is very unproductive, unprofessional and unknowledgeable of product, just simply lazy. No customer service assistance skills at all. I question management choice, in placing her in that position. My 4 year old has more customer courtesy and cooperation than she does. Will take all my future orders to another location.

To Whom It May Concern:I just wanted to express how unpleasant my experience has been on two different occasions that I attempted to use your business for my business needs. Both times I was left on hold so long that I heard the commercials at least 5 times and in that time someone picked up to ask who I was holding for and put me back on hold. After 15 mins of that I hung up and even called back to be put back on hold. I tried again today. I was surprised when someone answered before I hung up to tell me that they had 10 people in line. Although I can understand that they are busy, it would be considerate to simply pick up the phone and greet and take an order. I would be delighted to email my order in and then pick up later like I always do at other locations. Since there are no other locations that are close, I am forced to go to Fed EX for all of my needs since moving because clearly customer service is not a priority with this company, and if it is, it is sad that your employees do not convey that message to customers.PS. Only a 1 because I had to put at least one to post the ratings

Everybody especially the female staff and female managers are immature, disrespectful, and rude. They are always less than professional. There is one female associate thats an older lady with glasses I think her name started with a s or something but she is terribly racists as can be. I guess shes just mad that shes old and has to work there because she doesnt have any higher education. But yeah everyone as far as the personnel goes is below professional standards. There so country and backwoods, I dont see how future employees would want to work there amongst nincompoop. Especially when it looks like the place is being ran by a bunch of high school catty girls.

Slow service, less than knowledgeable staff.

Bought a ream of paper to cut in fours. First time there was no one working in the department. The lady a counter said theres no one over there today. I excused it because of the snow and ice. No one should drive when they feel unsafe.Today I went in to get the same ream of paper cut. The girl at the counter said all of that. She proceeded to sigh and say I have two jobs already. I was like I dont want to inconvenience you. I see why companies like amazon are shutting down brick and mortar stores. People dont listen or care about customer service. I hope you dont pay this employee. I lose respect for companies who hire people who lack consideration for their guest.
