I highly recommend This company. Simon and Nathan were both extremely professional and kind. They let us know all of our options. Called and let us know each step as we went along. He was out here the next morning after I called which we needed our garage fixed immediately. They were upfront and honest about if our garage could be repaired or just needed replaced completely. He showed us how to get it down in the meantime while we waited for the new one to come in. (Which was not a long wait at all) He stayed in contact with us letting us pick our options or just to update us the entire time. We chose to have the replacement, but having the option and knowing that we could just repair if needed meant a lot to us. We are getting some more work done from them and I could not speak more highly of them. The workmanship and pricing is fantastic! Thank you so much! We look forward to working with y’all again.

This guy will not honor warranty work, had my springs replaced and it broke again in less than 6 months but was given a 1 year warranty, contacted the young man was told to send a pic of it broken, sent picture and after that he completely ignored every call therafter... BAD BUSINESS!!!

My sister recommended The Garage Door Man to me not long ago because, I backed into my door which caused a few bent struts making my door look and not work properly. A young man named Simon repaired my panels and installed some struts on my door for an amazing price. His work was very quick and he did a great job, now my door looks brand new and I couldn’t be happier !

I called these guys up and within an hour and a half they had come over and fixed my garage within a reasonable price. Very professional and very courteous. I would recommend them to anybody with garage door issues.

Today is DAY 9!! 9 DAYS that Ive tried to contact them to get someone out here to honor my WARRANTY! 9 DAYS that my garage is OPEN!!! 9 DAYS my garage has been exposed. 9 DAYS that my house has been at risk for a break in because my GARAGE has been up 24/7!!! It is AMAZING to me that the PREVIOUS times I called to get work done they were AVAILABLE to come out THAT day within the HOUR!! I have sent pictures of the garage. Simon AND Mike have given me the run around. They text and say things and I NEVER hear back from you all AFTER I respond to the messages. They ask for pictures of the garage. I sent it in and I’ve heard NOTHING 6 days. This work took you all 15 minutes!! I just cant BELIEVE that you all are SOOOOO busy that you all DONT have 15 minutes out of your day to stop by and fix my garage. I had to call ANOTHER company to come out and fix my garage BECAUSE you all have FAILED to honor my WARRANTY from the work I previously had done that cost me $428!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to an ANIMAL!! They say you have a warranty and make it sound good and never honor the warranty! If I could give a negative star I would!! I paid $428 for my garage to work for 35 hours.

They came out and had my garage door repaired the same day. Fast and professional. I highly recommend The Garage Door Man!!!

My husband (Dan Blocker)and I had a spring replaced on our garage door in August 2019, by Simon Lee, which had a 1yr. warranty on it. The spring broke in January 2020. We called him, but he would never return our call. On Feb 19, 2020 Dan contacted Michael Vega. He said he would send someone out the next day between 9 and 10 a.m. No one showed up. Called Michael back on 2/21/20 and no one answered the phone. WE placed another call on 2/24/20 and Micheal was going to talk to Simon Lee. We have yet to hear from Simon and this is Mar.3, 2020. Simon card says Broken Spring Specialist but, the only thing we got out the deal was another broken spring and the lost of $360.00.

I called the Garage Door Man this morning, because my garage spring was broken. I needed someone to come today. I spoke with Simon and he gave me a price and time frame over the phone. He got caught in traffic, but called me to give me an updated arrival time. When he arrived he was very professional, and he completed the job quickly.I am not only satisfied with the service I received, I’m impressed. This is the first time I’ve been impressed by the service of any home service company. Thanks to Simon I know exactly who to call in the future. I recommend The Garage Door Man for all garage door services.

Robert did an amazing job! Experienced and very thorough! I had a cable unravel loose from the pulley and I just had a new spring put in. I called him and told him the problem was and within the hour I had a technician out. Fixed the issue and it sounds and works so much better than it did before! I will definitely be using them in the future when I need any work done on my garage door.

Please do not call this company to your house. About three months ago, I called this company. On the phone, I asked if they could come out to see what was wrong with my garage door. The guy on the said they would be out within the next hour. Two men should up. They charged me a total of $100.00 just to look at my door! They never fixed it! ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS JUST TO LOOK WAS A BIG RIP OFF! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. IVE ALSO READ THAT OTHER HOMES THAT THEY HAVE GONE TO WERE NOT CHARGED A FEE TO COME OUT TO LOOK AND DIAGNOSE A PROBLEM!
