Staff doing the best they can, but the low ranking is not related to the Staff, but due to the lack of inventory. Ive been waiting now 4 months for them to get a plier set I need in and everything I need/want from their fliers is NEVER in stock.

This place is the biggest scam am aware of, every tool Ive bought from here breaks in hours, if you return it broken as they say you can the then charge you a restocking fee.They know thier products are made of inferior quality metals and parts and they know you will be returning the item due to its failure, and they are ready to charge you to bring the item back to them.Even though the items are cheap to purchase, the old adage you get what you pay for more than applies to this company and its fourth rate products!

Went inside ask for gun safe, salesman at register on left said look in isle 10,not there i ask a Southaven Police Lt, he not only knew where to find it, he lead us right to it to save time.Thanks Luetinet.

Wide selection good prices - just didnt have what I wanted.

The people were nice but store didnt have what I went in to get.

Always have gone there to get specific tools. They have great prices and staff is friendly and helpful. Though I can say they are slow when they get backed up. Usually a long wait at checkout counter. But make it a day and go to the freight cause its a lot of fun to see the display. 😄

The place is just awesome. I would have given 5 stars but the two people working the registers were more concerned about signing up new credit card customers than checking out the lines of people left waiting. There should be another way to handle that. Maybe call one lane Express or have a third person to only handle new credit accounts.

For one of the rare few times I needed assistance at Harbor Freight to understand of the size of a package that was not out front would fit in my car, I got on the spot response that was accurate. The employee checked inventory without my asking and when I decided what I was going to get, he took it to the register area promptly.

Found Fathers day gift. Was so excited. Great store.

Harbor Freight Tools offers really great pricing, but products are not of best quality. Customers usually know this going on so it’s expected. Overall HF is a three star retail store, but I’m giving 4 stars fir knowledgeable and friendly sales team at this location.

A very pleasant atmosphere to shop in...I am well pleased at the greetings you get as you walk in the door from the employees...keep up the good work, these young people are learning a simple life skill that will take them a long way in life... it is called SMILING...

One can always find something they need or want in the line of tools and equipment. Harbor Freight does a good job of supplying affordable items.

Could be stocked better, and when its busy the lines get long as only 2 registers ever seem to work.

If they say it is on stock at store better call and verify it is there. If you would like more than one make sure they have enough of item. Call and verify item and number of item while on the way there again so maybe it wont be a wasted trip.

They never have what you need in stock then send you these big flashy coupons and you can’t use it because they don’t have a thing and the store is under staffed and some of the staff need to be fired because lack of customer service experience. They know nothing about the product and they act like they don’t won’t to be there. Made them an offer on a damaged air compressor and they want full price. I think northern tool will start getting my business. Somebody will be sad when they don’t get to retire because I’m pretty sure I’ve funded a couple of retirements

Harbor freight is my favorite store. I can’t drive by it and not stop. I go in there to get one thing next thing I know my total is 200$ at the register haha. Great employees

Under staffed and too busy. Everything I drove 45 mile to get was out of stock. But plenty of good things left to buy, it is harbor freight. Good one Eric L. Schmitt.

Nice selection of tools & gadgets. You do need to be selective when buying, they offer different grades of quality on most products, cheap junk to good products. If youre a club member you receive extra discounts & coupons.

The best store to shop. The manager and the other folks are awesome at this store. I drive further just to shop at this store because they are the best!

The parking lot was crowded and there was a long line with only one clerk working. Someone came from the back open the second line and chaos almost happened because the manager disregarded the people that had been standing in the long line to allow those walking up to go to the second clerk. I decided to get out quick

I like this place, good prices and good selection of almost anything thing you need tool wise.

No one was available to help. I had to flag someone down. Then they tell me they dont have the product even though it says they do online.

They have good low priced items. The quality is not craftsman or bausch, but pretty good all the same. They have a very diverse selection as well. The lines tend to be long, but it is usually not too bad of a wait. They are constantly running good ads and running sales on the weekend. They are worth checking out if you have the time. Their generators are usually on sale for a decent price as well as their small items. It is hard to go there and not buy something, and no, I do not work there.😀

The tool selection is great, an employee helped me pull up the app to get the 20 percent coupon, via the internet, on my phone and saved me some cash. Very helpful person and then set up for me to get info and specials, sent to my email.

Store was very busy but was well stocked and staffed. Very clean and well marked aisles made it easy to find what I needed.

Great prices on most items but, the products are mostly mean for light residential use. The products that are for professional/commercial use are priced comparable to most competitors.

You can always get some good reliable tools here and tool boxes. There U.S General tool boxes are just as good as snap-on. They have just about anything here for a good price. They havent done me wrong not once and will continue to go back.

Good place for inexpensive tools. I would stay away from the grinders under $30. Ive had about 7 in the last 3 years. The warranty is good but just go ahead and get a reliable one.

Guys and girls are very helpful. They have just about everything you might need.They are very organized and know where everything is. Also, you get checked out pretty quick and get ya on your way.

Some jobs require professional grade. But for the everyday one time use tools Harbor Freight cant be beat.

Cheap tools. Never have anything you are looking for!

The sales person was very pleasant, the the business is definitely deceptive. You feel rushed because they only have 2 checking out, so you dont want to hold up the line, but they have things on sale and the person checking you out has to enter the code for the merchandise. It doesnt make sense. Well now I think about it, them rushing you makes them more money. I think that if its on sale, everyone should get that price. I dont like that practice.

The redhead there is extremely emotionless, professional but emotionless.It takes the staff forever to find what theyre looking for. Besides the redhead the rest of the staff is friendly.Good selection of tools, some good quality ones, some decent quality ones. If you dont want chinese made stuff go somewhere else.

Very friendly people and helpful. If you purchase anything heavy they will load it for you. Which is really good for me having a bad back. I had to return one tool for a different tool. No problem at all you have 90 days to return or swap for a different product. Give them your email and they send you a detailed receipt. You really need to check them out. Strongly recommend to anyone. 😎

Its a great homeowners dream store. This store is well organized store. Aisles are clear & well labeled. The clerks were nice & friendly. This store even has clean restrooms!!! Reasonable prices merchandise & one great clean store.

The employees are very friendly and most helpful. The store is very well laid out and clean. The tools on the shelves are neat and organized. The prices and item item part numbers are posted and properly displayed. It was a pleasant experience just as my previous experiences have been.

Store is nice and the employees very helpful. Theres a great selection and plenty depth in the stock. This is not a hardware store in the traditional sense, however, though I guess every hardware store has differences. But you should check it out if you havent yet. Its lots of fun just looking.

Good prices and good deals if you need a quick fix. Mileage varies on different items; for example, power tools are pretty good but you blow through the consumables and name brand consumables will serve you better.This store has decent help up front, but they can be hard to find in the store if youre on the hunt for something you cant find. Overall though, good experience at this store.

Always find what I need and at great prices! Just need better customer service. Lot of employees standing around,no one wanted to help.
