I went to buy a hat and have it embroidered. We got there over an hour before they closed. We kept being rushed to pick out what we wanted. But they seemed like instead of helping they just wanted us out of their store. I picked a hat, chose what I wanted to be embroidered but the size I chose the guy told me it would be too small for the letters. I wanted small letters. So we went double the size and I came back in 30 mins to pick up the hat and I come back with a huge tacky name on my hat that looked like it was in Budweiser font. Pretty upset I spent almost $50 to be talked down to and have an ugly hat that I can’t return.

They had my sox hat i wanted and it was the last one and my size.

I use to pick up exclusive u of m hats but its not the same now terrible selection of u of m hats now. Please get back to stocking the exclusive hats thx.

The only spot to get a good hat in Southaven or anywhere for that matter. Its also in a safe area being Southaven and the staff is helpful and doesnt act like your bothering them as some places do.

I can always find the perfect hat for my husband and the exact fit😊

Lids has the best selection of hats in this area. A little pricey but they will have what you want and will even sow your name or a couple words into your hat in most any color thread.
