Emergency service on equipment has been less than stellar lately (especially in the Little Rock AR area). Reliability is important, and if your equipment constantly goes down, you cant do your job.

It was my first time renting from united rentals and Colleen answered all of my questions and was very pleasant to talk to.

Very nice people and the boom lift I rented worked out very well. Looking forward on renting from again .

I run a tree company. Given our experience, the majority of what we do doesnt require a lift, but when it does, I have increasingly been turning to the folks at United in Southaven to fulfill these needs.Relative to other local competitors, the equipment is newer and the rates cheaper than really anyone else in the metro area. My sales rep is always a pleasure to speak with, the guys at the office that check the equipment in and out are always courteous, and the guys in the equipment yard are always coming by to offer help and ensure I get squared away and back on the job when I pick things up in person.As our business continues to grow, we will continue to look to work with the United Rentals branch in Southaven given our several positive experiences thus far.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding renting equipment. I was told one price but charged another. Way overpriced!!!!! I paid over 1,200 on an mini excavator for 2 days!!!! When I was told pricing would be half of that to begin with. Then after paying everything United got credit services involved which is now messing up my credit. Ive talked to so many different people and get different answers for everything. I was told last week I overpaid and now this week I receive another bill in the mail. Its never ending. This has been going on for months now, wasting tons of my time that I dont have and Ive never seen so much un-professionalism in my life. Would never recommend to anyone and really hope this helps someone else find a different rental company.
