Not sure why this is a clearence store. Mens pants are normally priced. Not enough normal sizes youll new lucky if you find them. Too many obese sizes.

The store was crowded. Great prices. The funny thing is the check out line was long. The cashier had on a shirt that said SPEED, SERVICE, SMILE . I thought that was a great idea. Thought the check out process would be fast. Not so. Another cashier came up to operate another register. She served six customers with speed service and a smile while the first register was still with one customer. That girl should not wear a shirt that suggests things she knows nothing about. Lol. Better days ahead

Im aware its an outlet store so you have to find the correct size even though that may not be the actual size you wear but the clerks were very helpful & the prices cant be beat not to mention the huge selection the store has to offer. I will definitely be back.

After the holidays, I returned several items that were purchased with a prepaid card. I asked for cash back since it had been well over a month since the purchase. ($35 refund) Manager (male) on duty starts telling me about policy, gift card or reverse charges. Along with that policy, he dictated policy for asking for identification with card purchase. I proceeded to let him know his store was not compliant with policy the day of purchase....my daughter had my card (my name of front and i was standing at baskets while she checked out) and NO ONE at checkout asked her for her identification for this purchase. So if the store is breaking policy that day, why not today?!?! His response; I (manager) must not have been here because I would check ID for purchase! Me: DUDE, 3 cashiers were working, YOU (Manager) were standing right behind them and NO ONE ASKED ANY CUSTOMER FOR ID!I have no problem with policy as long as you are in compliance 100%, otherwise, you bend once, you must bend again, especially when this old lady witnesses you breaking your precious policy you are now spewing at me! AND NO! I WONT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN DUE TO HIS ATTITUDE.
