Good place for repairs. Former Chevrolet dealership. We purchased a used Ford fusion there and have been very happy with it. Joel, the service writer works hard to make sure repairs are done properly and the customers are happy. I have several vehicles and Ive been taking them to the shop for 10 years now and have been very happy with the quality of service. Occasionally if something was wrong they were very quick to correct it which is very important in the automobile repair business. Recommended

I had been looking for a used pickup truck for more than 6 months, that was in fairly good shape for under 15,000. I am puting a couple tho into it. 2010 dodge ram slt, 10 years old and it looked like it came off the show room floor. Best used vehicals I have found in south central Mass and north east Ct. Bought a used vehicle that ended up leaking in the sun roof before 30 day warranty. Brought in for repair and still leaks. Brought it back again and now getting the run around of excuses that don’t make sense like well it’s after market and well when we run water on it it doesn’t leak. I don’t care!!!! Fix it or replace it. We even have video of it leaking...as all it has been doing is raining so you can’t miss it and every time you get in the seat is soaked and getting stained! I won’t recommend anyone buy a vehicle there. Should have stayed with Lamoreux Ford!!!

I was kind of hoping I could give less than 1 star but I guess I cant.Went in for a motorcycle inspection today, and the service guy I spoke with was very helpful and cooperative. However the person that was there to do the inspection was QUITE a different animal.I have bracket on my motorcycle that secures the license plate with 4 allen screws. Apparently this is not normal, and the guy needed to get at the license plate in order to put the inspection sticker on. Pretty understandable. BUT... check out this conversation I had with him.... VERBATIM:INSPECTION GUY: I assume youve brought what you need to get this bracket off?ME: Im sorry, I dont have one on me.INSPECTION GUY: Well I will need one in order to get this bracket off.Now at this point in the conversation, I was naturally assuming, well this is an automotive service garage, they will obviously have an Allen wrench here I can use.ME: Well theres got to be one here somewhere isnt there? Im sure one of these service techs have one that i could maybe borrow?INSPECTION GUY: Well yes Im sure one of my men have one, but asking them to borrow one is like asking a doctor to borrow a scalpel.ME: Oh I see.... so in other words, I cant have this inspection done unless I provide the Allen wrench to take this off? Even though theres one here that i could use?INSPECTION GUY: Thats correct. Im here til 7.!!!!!!!!Now hows THAT for customer service? This colossal PRICK wanted me to go home (I live 15 minutes from this particular place) to get an Allen wrench while there was one sitting probly no more than 30 feet away. And why? because he didnt want to ask one of his men to use one of their precious allen wrenches. WOW!Well heres what Im going to tell YOU, Knights Automotive, not only will I never, EVER go back for an inspection or any kind of other automotive service to your establishment, but Im going to go OUT OF MY WAY to make sure no one that I know and love trusts any machine of theirs to people with attitudes like that. Its very likely he takes the SAME attitude in his work.STEER CLEAR of this place everyone, Im sure their service techs are capable of doing good work, but this guy in charge of them is the epitome and embodiment of SELF-RIGHTEOUS LAZINESS. And Ill bet his work reflects it.NOT impressed. Insulted even.
