So not happy with the rudeness at drive thru window. I have worked in customer service so speaking from experience you always acknowledge your customers. The heavy set girl working drive thru Thursday night at about 6:40pm on 11/04/21 was very rude. I went inside to speak to someone but decided to walk away, And let it go. Doesnt mean I cant write a review about it

This CVS is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. They are rude. They never answer the phone. They call you to tell you your medication is ready and when you show up they tell you its gonna be another hour or two. Then when you wait the hour they tell you they dont have it in stock. This is not the only incident. I could go on for days about how awful this place is and the worse thing is they dont care. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

The pharmacy section is really nice organized and vary helpful stuff but the front desk its so dirty there is item all over the plqce not clean and no one there to cash you out I have to walk around the store to get someone to cash me out, at this point I do believe that the cvs in southbridge need new manager

I called first thing in the morning to make sure my prescription would be filled by 3 and ready for pick up. Waited 45 minutes in line to be told it wasn’t even processed. Either stop accepting new accounts or hire. I shouldn’t have to wait this long if I called 7 hours prior!

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with, they will outright lie to you to not fill your prescription when they are busy. So many times they refuse to help in anyway when I need a refill from the Doctor and they actually told me today Harrington in Brimfield blocked their number! I am constantly left without critical medications I need and I do not know how to fix this besides driving far away to another CVS.

Called the CVS pharmacy in Southbridge and spoke to Jennifer who was quite rude and had an obvious attitude throughout our entire conversation. I’m a non confrontational and respectful person and I was just simply asking for help with my prescription. You could tell she was very annoyed and put my on hold. I ended up speaking to Ryan who I believe was the pharmacist and he was extremely kind and willing to help. Thank you Ryan.PS Get rid of Jennifer.
