Horrible customer service. Called to setup an appointment and was told the computers were down and that I needed to call back later. Called back later and was immediately told the computers were still down and then the lady hangs up on me! Unreal. 1 star is generous.

This company has integrity not like these companies or just people in general now a days. I had an issue with a driver on the road and I called the owner. He cares about his company and does not let his employees disrespect others and I am not even a customer. He made the driver call me and apologize and that speaks volumes in its self. I missed the call but the driver left a message apologizing and you just dont find business owners like that these days. He said thats his name on the truck and doesnt allow employees to be disrespectful .And as it takes a real man to admit when they are wrong and call to apilogize as that tbe owners name on the truck and does not put up with his drivers disrespecting anyone, customer or not. It nice to see the whole world is not gone to s**t and there are business owners and just people in general with integrity. Much appreciated and very impressed how he handled his employee and the situation as it should have. Thank you to the owner and people have bad days as Im not perfect neither so the apology was appreciated as well. If I needed their services they would be first on my list after I saw his he handles his business
