The price started too high and then various discounts were given. Wondering if there were even more dollars that could have been cut! The delivery was good. The bed is very comfortable and meets my expectations so far.

Stopped in on a snowy day and was greeted nicely. Never felt pressured or rushed. Sales associate made sure we got comfy (was not concerned about our snowy feet) on each mattress multiple times to make sure we would be 100% happy with our purchase.

Steve was very knowledgeable about products, very friendly and helpful with getting a new adjustable base and mattress for my elderly father. I didn’t have a lot of time, Steve was very accommodating to that. Great experience for my dad and I.

We went in to the store today after looking online. Steve answered all questions we had about the mattress and adjustable base that we had looked at. He had us try out the different mattresses. He gave us the pros and cons of the adjustable bases we were interested in..He is very personable and an asset to this store.

My wife and I Initially purchased Tempur-Pedic beds with adjustable bases, but ultimately wound up exchanging the beds for the Intellibed brand. Buying a mattress is difficult and, yes, embarrassing. Steve engaged us immediately and kept us on track to take our time, try as many mattresses as we needed and encouraged us to compare back and forth for as long as we needed. We have shopped for mattresses in other stores before and have always left without making a purchase. Steve was fun to work with and his expertise narrowed our choices with no pressure. We actually enjoyed our experience at Mattress Firm and would suggest them to all. Delivery was the next day, arrived on time and set up was fast! The techs were very friendly and efficient! Mattress Firm rocks! Steve does, too.

The Mattress Firm in Southbury is great and Dave Garecht is the best!! There are no high pressure sales here but Dave is very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and happy to answer questions. I changed my mind about the mattress that I wanted 3 TIMES, and Dave was always pleasant and helpful, never annoyed. A great selection of mattresses, free delivery, 0% financing and nice people. The next time I need a mattress I will definitely return to Mattress Firm!

Dave was helping me navigate the options and then giving space to try things out and really find the best fit for both my body and budget! Great selection and incredible peace of mind knowing there is a 120 day return policy!
