Most helpful staff in town! Rich the beer guy always has something good to suggest and he’s always right!!!! Definitely will be shopping here more often for the great selection.

It’s unfortunate that it seems to be a prerequisite for the cashiers here is to be unfriendly. Rude and unhelpful at best. This will be my last time here.

I had a issue with my debt card the card declined but they still took the money from my debt card. I tried to explain this to the guy behind the register when I went back.: his answer was make sure you know how much money you have on your debt card!! Blame the customer that’s right?! Horrible customer service my family or friends will not being going to this place that’s for damn sure!!

Literally the least helpful staff ever lol I buy liquor and beer for my job so they’re missing out on a lot of business by just staring at me as I walk around the store 7 times very clearly looking for something 😂 Never again

Probably the best selection of craft beer in the area. Extensive wine and liquor offerings as well. Well worth a visit if you are in Southbury and looking for a delicious beverage!

A lot of wines and liquors. Store is stocked and comfortable to maneuver around in. Just wish for a little more happy to see you and helpful staff there thats all.

Its a very nice liquor store. Clean and well-marked aisles makes shopping there a good experience. Staff has always been helpful especially if you are a person not well-acquainted with wines etc. Prices are reasonable.

They always have a great beer selection and Mike and Chris are very helpful and super friendly.

Don’t buy from this place! They discriminate against the people that shop and are less than friendly. I waited in line while the cashier was on the phone for ten minutes and he could care less about the fact that I was waiting. There are much better stores in southbury!

Bought a bottle of tequila for price marked at $24, got charged $45. I went back the next day and asked them to please compensate me the difference as their was clearly an input error. They just said the tag was in the wrong place and they can’t do anything about it because I opened the bottle. Customer service 101 I shouldn’t pay for your mistakes. Collectively horrible attitudes and lack of care for customer service. Couldn’t recommend less.
