When i walked into the southbury location i was greeted with a positive and friendly attitude. Chris the assistant manager helped me with all my requests in a timely and positive manner. He was very knowledgeable and understood all my needs for a phone. The phone he showed me was the perfect fit. While waiting for the phone transfer both the teammates were friendly and I enjoyed all our conversations. I was very happy with the both the staff members. I also work retail and know how extremely difficult It is. I was highly impressed with all there services and how they treated people.

Kenneth was an absolute angel! I thought I had lost all data and my beloved fathers pictures after drowning my phone. He got me into a new phone and saved everything! Seamless and wonderful transaction. Thank you Kenneth!

Long story short, the phone had a factory glitch (Apple’s fault, NOT ATTs) The employee and manager helped me near the end of the day and were extremely helpful in resolving the issue. Basically saved me from being without a GPS for two days of somewhat heavy driving. 5 stars, will go here from now on for my phone purchases. Hopefully ATT corporate recognizes their good employees locally!

After being treated with exceptional service on my trip here last weekend, I stopped in the AT&T store in Southbury again this weekend to ask a quick question regarding my phone plan and make a small change as well. My questions were answered quickly and knowledgeably. After having bad dealing with another AT&T store (which I have learned is actually a 3rd party store, not a corporate store) my thoughts towards AT&T have changed drastically for the better thanks to the team of employees at the Southbury store. I purchased a new iPhone and iPad. Chris was excellent helping 3-4 customers simultaneously. He was efficient and delightful. Francis was helpful recommending products.

I gave a great review for this store and the person who helped me out. Then I got my bill he signed me up for things I did not authorize which changed my bill by over 80$. I just spent over an hour on the phone with att help services to fix what this person had done to my account. Luckily the very helpful representative was able to adjust what was wrong. But since I have auto pay I have to wait to beget the money put back in my account. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the sales person at this southbury store. If you go there make sure you watch everything they do. Now I will be calling this store for a manager to tell them what happened. This is so uncalled for and I will not be going to this store anymore. I also am taking down any review I have since I thought I was being helped when really I was getting items put on my account I never authorized. At the end of the time with the salesperson I asked again what my bill would be and he gave me the number. Well the bill was almost 100$ more than I was told. I will only say I’m grateful for att help services for them fixing what he did and it’s no mistake what he did!

My husband and I decided we wanted to upgrade our phones to the iPhone 12 Pro Max. Andrew was big help not only did he get our phones all transferred over he also got a new tv service via AT&T. He answered all of our questions put our screen protectors on perfectly which is super important to me because that I have some OCD with. He got us in and out in a timely fashion. Would recommend going down to see him or the other staff which were also very pleasant.

I went into the Southbury location today to upgrade my plan, add a line, and get a phone. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Pedro who made the process so simple and easy. He was very efficient and helpful, he answered all of my questions ( which I had a lot of). When there was a little down time when we waited for the next screen to load on his tablet he was friendly and making conversation. I was in and out in no time.

I usually dread going into phone stores, but Tony has changed my mind. I had a flawless experience with Tony from start to finish! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Horrible service! Zero transparency! I ordered a new iPhone and was told it would ship in 2-5 days. That was November 1st (it’s December 16th). I’ve been in contact with the store manager and every time I express the issues and concerns he tells me he’ll Look into it and get back to me!!! At the least 5 times. I was also told my phone bill would be just a few bucks higher than normal... $300 was substantially higher! Again I reached out to ask about it and was told he’d look into it and haven’t heard from anyone since! I have no clue when or if a phone will arrive I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!!

If you live anywhere near Southbury this store is the go-to. It makes things go so much more smoothly when employees make it their goal to make you happy - those who work here try their best, and ultimately succeed at it. There are so many electronic accessories here and it’s nice to actually be able to see them, rather than blindly order something off the internet. Take a trip here if you need help and actually want to receive it!
