We had a wonderful experience with La Luna Dancewear. My daughter is doing dance for the first time. We needed some tights, ballet shoes and tap shoes. My husband was the one who was able to go to the store. I did not want him to get overwhelmed with options so I emailed earlier the same day to ask if some items could be pulled for us. Mary-Lee answered the email request promptly and worked with me via email to select our items. My husband was able to go in and purchase the items that Mary-Lee pulled aside. Such a great experience. The woman who works here is one of the sweetest women, and has great patience with kids. Helped my 3 year old find the perfect ballet slippers for her first ever ballet class, and made it fun while she did it. Will definitely be coming back here for all of our future dancewear needs!

Knowledgeable and friendly, the staff helped get my 6 year old daughter ready for her first ballet dance and made her feel very special and proud in the process. The owner worked to ensure that the shoes fit perfectly, trying several sizes and widths until she was confident that she had it right. Brava!

Been coming here for years. My daughter is a dancer and my wife is a dance teacher so we are in here at least once a month. The owner is great and the employees are very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and they always have what we need in stock.

The store is pretty and clean. The woman working was very friendly, knowledgeable and great. The best was a clerk who greeted me upon entering and didnt leave my side till I had what I needed and left. I hope he is well compensated for all his hard work and that they give biscuit a employee of the year plaque.

Mary-Lee is a wonderful business owner. My children have wide feet and she has consistently gone out of her way to find the perfect dance shoes to fit my children. My daughter takes Irish Step. I asked if I would be able to order the gillies through her even though Mary-Lee doesn’t carry them. Mary-Lee said yes. I am grateful because I wouldn’t know how to order the right size. While she doesn’t stock too many boy items she goes out of her way to get the things for them as well.I highly recommend this store for dancers.

Mary Lee is awesome! She has a great personality and sense of humor. Her assistant was very pleasant as well and was great even though it was only her 2nd day there! We love our ballet everyday shirt and our special discounted red tutu. Can’t wait to share more pics of it in our photo shoot!
