Stones can be a little pricey at times but they usually have whatever you need though..their employees are really friendly and helpful..i was just there today

Great place when you need anything hardware, paint, home remodeling. Concrete, poisons, keys, feeds, tools, sharpening and they are all very nice people that will do all they can to get your job done.

The boys at HH Stone always know what theyre talking about. You know how you go to a home depot and the employees hide from you. Not here. Your questions will be answered, youll get what you need and youll pay a a reasonable price.

The most helpful employees of any hardware store I have ever been to. They know where everything is and actually have excellent product knowledge. I actually find their prices compare favorably with the big box stores.

Terrific service, knowledgeable staff. I went for a color match to my cabinets to paint trim in house. They did a great job of matching and I got the right product. It looks terrific. Nice to find a store that provides service and products with wandering in a wasteland of orange or blue...

Just recently moved to town from a neighboring town, while my initial visit was positive as I even took a loyalty application. My second visit was awkward as I felt I was intruding. My last visit today was the same as I felt no one wanted to assist the “new” customer, I even had the loyalty application in my hand and was looking for paint and furniture restoring items. I ended up putting the items back on the shelf and walked out. Looks like trips to HD or another town are next, obviously these guys don’t need any more customers.

I showed up just prior to their closing time on Sunday(not intentionally) having never been in the store before and i didnt look up the hours before stopping in. The staff was very friendly still, and helped me get everything I needed, they even put my order in the car for me. Exceptional service even at the end of the day, polite and knowledgeable. Will be doing all of my purchases there from now on.

My husband and I have been buying exquisite jewelry from Gayle O’Neil for many years. You can always find what you are looking for. Gold, silver, old and new are all under the glass. The staff are very arm and friendly and always there is help. Glad that Gayle is back

First clerk mixed most expensive paint for me without telling me. Instead of just apologizing for miscommunication, second clerk condescendingly blamed me for not asking how much it would be. Decided to take business elsewhere rather than take abuse and walked out. Second clerk runs after me into parking lot to YELL at me that Im rude for walking out! Go back, attempt rational conversation with man; attempting to make negative situation into a positive one. Man continues yelling, telling me IM rude. Im calm and speaking low this whole time, trying to explain that this is NOT good customer service. First clerk comes over and, even though he did not see the interaction, says that if the second clerk felt I was rude, its his right to yell at me! Nothing even resembling an apology. Second clerk dismisses me from business with a wave of his hand.Sure, if you dont care about your business it IS your right to yell at people all day long if you like. Then its my right to go to Home Depo, instead, and post reviews online. Will never go back there again.
