Performance Pre-Owned is a great dealership very honest. So must better than the Select Auto Sales that moved into their old car lot.

I would not recommend this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them a couple of months ago and they swore up and down that the car I purchased was a great car. After a week, the car needed repairs and now the transmission has completely gone out on the car. It angers me that these people sold me a car that was a lemon. Please, take caution when buying used cars!! And please take someone who knows about cars with you when purchasing a car.

Id been searching for a vehicle for months after deciding to get rid of my VW during the diesel scandal. A family member in the area discovered Performance Pre-Owned while passing by and saw an incredible deal for a VW Passat. They stopped in, spoke to the owners and found out more about the vehicle. We have family members who work for VW and they verified that it was a great deal for that particular car. My family gave Bill (the owner) my husbands name and told him wed give him a call later that day. I called and spoke with Bill to find out a little more about the car. We scheduled a time and my husband and I went to visit. Bill was very welcoming as you would expect anyone in the sales business to be but it was different. He wasnt pushy, he gave suggestions and did everything he could to work with us. There was no need to haggle because the offer was already great and NOT ONCE did we have the feeling that we were being ripped off. The process went smoothly and they were very patient with us. Bill and Cindy waited 3 hours past their closing time to make sure we were taken care of. We didnt take the vehicle the same night so they could take the time to detail it and ensure it was cleaned to their standards. Bill called me today, knowing that I was without a car and coming all the way from Raleigh offering to have the vehicle delivered to us. The customer service weve received has been incredible but I wouldnt expect anything less. Its been a great experience and I will make sure to recommend Performance Pre-Owned to all our family and friends. Thank you all!
