From beginning to end, the people at Glass Doctor were great!! The shower door is perfect and to exact specifications. Installation was smooth and they were always on time. From Zach ( very knowledgeable) in the front office to Anthony and Jonathan who installed, everything was perfect!

Product (a few replacement windows) arrived within the timeframe and installed on the day scheduled. Installers were professionally and completed job in a timely manner. Office staff was personable and professional. Will be using them again for the remaining windows, which I requested to do after January. They initially replaced my front car window which was cracked and did quality job on that as well, which is why I decided to use them for the house windows.

Scheduled appointment quickly and soon, great folks in the store, great work and HALF THE COST OF SAFELITE! Which I would’ve have to drive an hour too. Would highly recommend. Unfortunately that beautiful new windshield lasted less than 36hours as a nice big pine tree fell on the truck. Windshield was demolished but it stayed in place and did exactly what a quality windshield is supposed to do.

Zach in the office was wonderful and communication was not a problem. Glass was measured, cut and brought to my house in about a week. Even when the door didn’t fit quite right they went back, fixed the problem and had everything perfect within a week on top of giving me a discount for any inconvenience. The nice gentlemen that did the installation were very professional and efficient. Cost was the exact same as ordering a stock door from Lowe’s and having it installed, yet my door was cut to fit my space perfectly.

Saved $400 by using glass doctor instead of safelite. Donna was able to make me a deal I could not refuse and Tyler and Eric installed the glass professionally and quickly. Would recommend and use again.

Called when back car window broke suddenly. Donna was the greatest. Got me in the next day. Due to a broken arm they had me in that day to clean and put some protection over back window. Meet Zack and he took care of it. The whole staff are the greatest

What a tremendous experience! I had a huge chip in my window driving home so I drove straight to the repair shop! The gentlemen at the front had it repaired in less than 15 minutes, assisted in how to have my insurance pay for it, and he had such an electric personality! I stayed well beyond my repair just having great conversation! Highly recommended!

They were great with car replacement in my windshield. But as far as coming to my home the gentleman looked confused and u could tell he didn’t want to be there. He called his boss and boss said no time to do what I wanted glass on my screen porch and the gentleman didn’t even come to my door to tell me or get a call from his boss.

I had a quote done and the technician was wonderful! Knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately, when I initially called in my phone number was not taken correctly during the course of the order it was not updated, the company called 6 time over a week before emailing me - delaying my order a week and half when it was already delayed due to COVID. Okay, somewhat understandable.But when I received another email on installation day and called with concerns I was told by the owners son to ‘relax’ and not be ‘snappy’ when I simply asked how I could be certain the technician scheduled to come today would be able to get a hold of me because the number hasn’t been updated now - three times. Simple question from a concerned customer that is spending a good chunk of money. The son proceeded to give me a family narrative and not take responsibility for his actions or his rude customer service behavior.I would NOT recommend using this company until the owners (mom and dad) are back. The son is completely unprofessional and rude. I will mostly likely not be using this company again. I was super excited to find them as they were local and had such good reviews.

Great customer service on the phone (in the shop) and great customer service when they showed up at my house to replace the windshield. The only negative remark I can give is if they offer a $25 off coupon on their website, but don’t allow you to use it when you give it the technician 😑

I was in from out of town when I broke out my back windshield. Glass Doctor was able to get my windshield and installed the same day. The guys who worked on my car were quick and friendly and the people in the office were able to squeeze us in so that we could get on the road. Awful experience to say the least. They replaced my windshield after a rock cracked it. I was given 2 choices, Glass Doctor which was local being one of them. I chose to stay local and that was a huge mistake for windshield repair. To make a long story short, my windshield was replaced 3 times after leaking from the first windshield they installed which lead to replacement of my passenger side a pillar. When trying to replace my a pillar they said they had a machine malfunction and cut my leather dash in 2 places. Against my better judgement I allowed then to repair my dash which ended up being a tacky fix not to mention my rearview mirror was not installed securely and end up dangling from my windshield which had to be installed again. In the meanwhile they find out that they cant find an a pillar to match my interior so they installed a different color a pillar in my vehicle. Needless to say, I am now dealing with my insurance company to get my car repaired to the condition it was in before they ever touched it. They were very rude when asked to fix the damages they created and yet each attempt to fix my vehicle resulted n another problem. I would not recommend Glass Doctor of Southern Pines to anyone and they will never touch another one of my vehicles. You think you know people until you dont agree with what they think should be andthen their true colors come out. Still waiting on repairs to see what the outcome will be. By the way I had to give them 1 star to post my review, image that.

Stopped in to see what they could do to fix a chip in my windshield. The young man at counter took my vehicle back immediately and knocked the job out in 15 minutes. Terrific staff...very personable.

Worst customer service. Sloppy. Lazy. Took three tries to install glass. We had to do some of the work ourselves.

These folks are professionals in evert way. I thought I needed to have the windshield replaced. They listened then looked at the cracked and said that all I needed was a repar. Saved me a ton of money! They fixed the crack at my home in 20 minutes. They arrived on time and were very professional. Extremely pleased with the service and end result I received at Glass Doctor for my winshield repair. I had a 1-2 spider crack on my Lexus and was stressed out about the replacement cost. Zach took care of all my needs, rapid service, and repaired the window and the repair ended up being covered by USAA. Highly recommend, a must if you have a cracked windshield.

Just had my windshield replaced using their mobile service. Ill just hit the highlights:- It was nearly half the price that safelite quoted me (dont forget safelites silly recycling fee) I paid 250, safelite quoted me 450-something.- He was off by 10 minutes from target time, but guess what, he called me to let me know. This is better than getting a 3-4 hour time range from other places, which is annoying.- Courteous and pleasant. He started setting up right away.- They have a 12 mo warranty, same as their competitorsSo long as the service and price remain as competitive as they were the other day, Im staying with glass doctor. Also people... most of you have a 500.00 deductible or higher, which means, DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. Go online, get a quote. Pay it out of pocket...look at these prices. These guys saved me quite a bit of cash.

Terrible customer service and bad quality of work – shouldve been a simple repair estimated for less than $40 – took forever and did a shoddy job (glass unevenly seated in frame) so I asked for it to be fixed – they never called or left messages when the project was done – I had to do all the follow up calls – tried to charge me again after I already paid – clerk refused to believe me and I had to go home to get my receipt to prove the truth – working with these people is just not worth it when there are much more professional glass repair folks to do business with
