Went to pinecrest plaza location. The manager there was awesome! She helped me pick out just what I needed to color my daughters hair. I dont leave reviews ofen but this woman was great!

Their selection is minimal at best. Staff is nice and as helpful as they can be with the limited knowledge they possess.

The Sanford location was out of what what my wife needed, I appreciated how they offered to call for her, but because we were coming up here the next day; there was no need for it. They, too, were very courteous and polite!

This is a great store with good people working in it. Helpful & professional. To say anything less on one of these reviews is either a disgruntle former employee or someone filled with hate for another person. The manager, Heather, is always very kind & helpful to ALL customers. Do not hesitate to shop at this location.

I have been here several times and the employees have always been super helpful and nice. They always greet you and instantly ask if they can help you. The manager is very professional and her employees are very knowledgeable... it shows that they have had very good training.

I was surprised of the improvement of the choices of shampoos, conditioners and other hair products.An entire row. Very nice. I would like to see some natural nail polish since some good natural hair products were brought in.

Knowledgeable employees that are always helpful. They go out of their way make sure every shopping experience with them is a good one, and if they don’t have an item, they go out of the way to find it for me.
