Tyler and Kendrick are amazing! They are working hard helping everyone that walks through the door and always have a smile. Tyler assisted us with fixing our bill after another T-Mobile store lied to us and had us getting charged over $100 more a month, with the wrong information and bogus offers. Tyler, thanks for spending 2 hours fixing our plan and helping us see that there are people that care about the customer. Kendrick, Keep smiling and being friendly and great at your job.
Right off the bat, I was greeted kindly and quickly. Tyler and Kendrick were absolutely perfect. I came in because my phone has been acting up (not dialing or receiving calls), to view account and billing info, and to get another screen protector. Kendrick helped me out by getting most of the info pulled up and changing the screen protector. Tyler helped me out with diagnosing why my phone has been acting up and replaced the Sim card. Great service from these two! Great people who helped me and also were fun to talk to ;) 100% recommend going here. I live in Fayetteville and these folks have my business now.
The staff at T-Mobile Southern Pines are excellent. Tyler in particular is knowledgable, patient and friendly which is so helpful when phone service and features can be so confusing. My service and phone situation was really messed up with Sprint, even though it was out of her hands to take care of pasted transactions, she gave me careful instructions to help me out and she set up my new phone too. They are a customer service location that I highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I received awful service here today. I am giving two stars because it wasnt entirely the reps fault. Corporate policies are too blame as well.My phone wasnt working and I was not able to log in to my account (even though I had my correct password they would not allow me to log in). I could not speak to a representative online or over the phone and they suggested I go to the store. The woman in the story was VERY rude and told me she cant help me and that I should call or go online. When I said that online they told me to go to the store she told me that they were lying and that I needed to go online.Instead of doing that, Ill be canceling my t-mobile account. Perhaps she was having a bad day or something, but its clear to me that T-mobile doesnt want me as a customer badly enough to answer a few questions about my account.
Schedule an appointment online for 12 to see about getting an upgrade on my phone. When I arrived at 12 (scheduled time) the security blinds are down. I waited 20 minutes and attempted to call the store and got no response.What was the point of making an appointment? Why didnt I receive an email or phone call letting me know? Upset at the wasted time, gas, and the lack of communication. I just wanted to buy a new phone.
I have have been to many TMobile stores across the country and have always had a good experience but this time was different Tyler the sales rep there went above and beyond any expectations!!! She was all around the most knowledgeable and helpful I personally have every seen if you are thinking of coming here ask for her she will do everything to help and with a great attitude and friendly smile she solved all my issues within minutes I do believe this store is the one to go to for TMobile it will brighten your day!!!!
My mom bought a T-Mobile phone online and wasn’t comfortable switching it over herself so we brought the phones here. Jared and Tyson were super helpful and got it all taken care of for her super quick! We appreciate the help tremendously!
Went into the store just to see what options were available. Dee was very friendly and helpful. She took me through all of the available promotions and the plans were great! I unfortunately wasnt ready to buy yet but she let me know how to get in touch with her and start the process at a later date. I will definitely be returning to get a phone in the near future.
I had a great experience at this store they were very busy but they were still able to assist myself and other customers at the same time. I bought a apple 6 watch and when I got home I had some issues with information showing up and I couldn’t figure it out. When I got off work the next day I went back and Tyson the store manager looked at the watch and in less than 5 minutes he had figured out what the problem was and I was able to walk out happily with my watch. Tyson and Jared are very helpful. If your ever in the area stop by and ask for them.
Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. I would recommend driving to Raleigh or Fayetteville if you need to do any business in a t mobile store in this area.

Manager (i assume- or maybe just a very bossy woman) was horrible today. She walked in halfway through dealing with a customer service issue where Tmobile was at fault and while we were trying to get the problem resolved on the phone with the support team she interrupted the only person who was trying to help and told him to stop helping us and go do something else. After messing up repeatedly the least they could do was wait until the problem had been resolved.I found it extremely rude especially with how patient we were with their companys mistakes.

I recently updated my 1st generation iPhone SE to the iPhone SE 2020. I had my phone for 4 years and was hesitant about upgrading. The T-Mobile in southern pines was so helpful! We got there right as they opened and were helped right away. Both employees in the store were masked and asked a gentleman who forgot his mask when entering the store if he had one to wear and he immediately went back to his car to get it. We felt very safe being there! Zena was very helpful with transferring all of my files from my old phone to my new one. The whole process took less than 30 minutes and we were very surprised. Great customer service! They were attentive and personable. Thank you T-Mobile Southern Pines.
Only giving one star because I don’t know how to give ZERO! I’ve spent hours of my life on multiple occasions that I can never get back to fix an ERROR on TMOBILES Billing Department!!!!! We are suffering as a nation and more so as individual families financially, and this is how you treat customers? Ripping them off and forcing them to pay twice for the same device!!!! That’s attempted theft from my perspective!I PAID MY DEVICE IN FULL only for them to CHARGE me AGAIN ON MY BILL. So T-Mobile is trying to charge me twice for the same device!!!!!! I’ve reported it and been promised that it will be fixed. The TIME FOR APOLOGIES IS OVER and the time for FIXING THIS IS NOW. I can’t fix my bill myself otherwise I would!!

These folks told us everything they thought we wanted to hear to make a sale. Low and behold, when we got our first bill we find out they have flat out lied to us. I feel cheated and stolen from. I made an important and expensive purchase based on lies told to steal from me. Beware of everything you are told and get EVERYTHING in writing.

Came in to buy 2 new phones. Came back to get help setting up one of the phones that wouldn’t stay on WiFi to transfer data. Shakita and Tyson spent a few hours helping. The problem was the OnePlus has issues sending data to iPhones (future OnePlus users beware). Got my photos, contacts, and most apps at least, but no messages. Appreciate their help and patience.
The service received from Shakita was absolutely amazing!! She unexpectedly went over and beyond to make sure my port service was complete and accurate. I was SO hesitant about this process and stayed with my original carrier to prevent any service issues. I’d recommend this representative and store to anyone! Trust me... you are definitely in GREAT hands!!!!

Shakita at store 1115 in southern pines is the best! She switched me and my fiances sim cards because we werent getting good service with our old sprint ones. She was also training two other employees and dealing with multiple othwr customers at the same time. Despite some trouble with sprints pin system she got us in and out in no time. Highly recommend this store and ask for shakita shes awesome!

Zena helped me navigate the different plan options as well as phones that fit my precise needs. Courteous, friendly, and professional she helped get rid of my garbage and into a much more suitable solution.
On two occasions they opened more lines than I requested. The first time you might be able to pass it off as incompetence even though they added two additional lines but the second time it happened I have to assume it’s being done on purpose. I recommend everyone check their account to see if you don’t have more lines than you asked for when leaving this store.

I went into T Mobile tonight because I had some questions about my bill and wanted to inquire on some phone promotions. I was waited on by a young gentle who basically felt that everyone who walked in the door after me was a sale that he didnt want to miss. At one point when he finally pulled up my account he told me to hold on and walked off from me to go to the back in which he never returned after I waited for over 10 min. I eventually walked out. Their were 3 other employees in the store at the time but he was too busy trying to steal a sale from them to help me. This is not the first time this employee had been very unprofessional. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Went into the store to talk about getting a new phone, Oneplus 7 Pro. I was told I could buy the phone and within 6 days, have the phone unlocked to use on a different carrier. (Couldnt get the phone online and they were the only ones who had it). I waited the instructed time and when I called customer service to have the phone unlocked, I was told that I had been given bad information and that I would need to wait a year or spend more money to have the phone unlocked. I called customer service twice and went into the store twice to be told tough luck and that my only other option was to return the phone. Now I out a phone and they refused to refund all my money. T-Mobile makes a mistake and you pay for it, literally.

I was continuously cut off during trying to ask questions because the employee was on his phone with the insurance company trying to get his own phone fixed which is not right because he should do that on his off time instead of in the middle of helping a customer

Was told it was going to be one rate every month. Got first bill with a higher rate. It wasnt the taxes and fees that raised the rate. When called to talk to them about what they had sold us with the other rate. Was told they told us the wrong price that day. Not very knowledgeable on there services and plans or telling lies to get customers.
Ive had the best experience at this Tmobile and the service has been excellent. I needed help the other day adding my Apple Watch to my plan and this young lady I believe her name was Shaqila helped me with every step and was so kind and paitient. I would highly recommend this Tmobile. Thank you for everything!
