Only wish I wouldve found it sooner!!! Its a little hidden gem thats tucked away.Its a great place. Good cigar selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff, really nice private lounge and great atmosphere with a full bar and TVs where you can relax and smoke with all the necessities (torch, cutter, ash tray, etc)... pretty good ventilation. Really nice outdoor sitting area. Love this place. Hope they grow bigger across our area and expand!!

I had a very great experience as well as my buddy-who is a new cigar smoker we enjoyed being welcomed into the cigar shop and was help by a very nice gentleman by the name of Jamar we really felt welcomed and learned a lot as well today and we will be back

New to the area and the world of cigar smoking. Came into the shop not knowing what I wanted, was then greeted by Ian who was an amazing help. Told him what I was looking for, he then recommended some amazing cigars that I am really enjoying, along with a quick crash course on cigars to further my smoking knowledge. Taylor was great. Cigar selection was plentiful. We stayed and enjoyed the place for a couple hours. We realized we were hungry, and Taylor suggested some local places. Great location and will definitely be back.

I wanted something for the guys for my wedding next week. I didnt know much about cigars but this place was just what I needed. Really friendly and helpfull, they had a huge selection to choose from and the staff was very knowledgeable. I walked out with everything I needed and they threw in a cool lighter with the package. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Love the selection. The lounge is just great. The gentleman at the front counter Ian was just awesome, he helped me find a great cigar and was super attentive at the bar.

I heard about smoke inn from a friend and I decided to check it out. A worker named Taylor helped me out... well she didn’t really help me I tried to ask her questions about different cigars but she never answered them or came to point me in the right direction. She then tried to charge me an extra $20 for just looking at their private lounge they have after she told me to come over once I got my cigars I wanted so I could pay. I will never go back because of her

Nice place. Decent cigar selection, but limited on Rocky Patel. Only criticism is that the 2 ounce pours are a little expensive… $15 a pour... I order my whiskey neat (Woodford Reserve or Jameson). They are in the process of building a humidor which should be nice. Other than that, the staff are really nice too. DEFINITELY a place to visit for quality cigars. They also have a nice patio area!

Absolutely an amazing place! I went in today to get some cigars for my husband and walking in I had no clue what to look for in a cigar. Thankfully everyone was so welcoming and also very educated in cigars and even taught me techniques. Smoke Inn Cigar Bar has allowed me to figure out an arrangement of cigars for my husband and I can not wait to go back with him in hand. For anyone who wants to have a laid back night this is definitely a place for you.

Great start to this newly opened cigar parlor. I was very impressed by the manager, David. Super knowledgeable, friendly, provided excellent customer service. Wonderful selection of cigars without being overwhelming. Open humidor. Theres a bar that serves beer for now, liquor later after theyre licensed. Doesnt look like much from the outside but its a great experience once you walk inside.

We had a nice Sunday afternoon hanging out at the Smoke Inn. David was helpful, very attentive and courteous. We ended up logging over an hour in their massage chairs. This establishment is top notch. We had a cold weather day and missed the opportunity to relax on their outdoor deck. Next time we are in town we will be looking forward to that.

I had an awesome experience at Smoke Inn Cigar. Eric was a phenomenal host! He helped me pick out a few cigars to smoke. I ended up staying for four hours and smoking two cigars with Eric. Not only does Smoke Inn have a variety of quality cigars, but a tasty selection of coffee. Overall, I had a great experience and good conversation. I highly recommend this Cigar spot.

Myself and three of my family members showed up as they were closing, with no other customers in, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming as they chose to stay open for is to have a few drinks and smoke a cigar. This is one of the best run establishment I have have ever been to. I will definitely be returning and recommending all my friends come and check this place out.

Had a great experience here and will definitely make my way back. The manager David knows his stuff and was super helpful and had great customer service. Great place to hang out and smoke with tables and couches on the inside and chairs and tables outside. And they are building an outdoor deck that I cant wait to take advantage of.

This place is awesome. Eric is very accomadating and friendly. They have an excellent selection of cigars and beer. They also have a liquor license and a grill on the deck. You cant beat this place for the atmosphere and laid back environment.

The Smoke Inn is a great place to enjoy a cigar with like minded people. However, it is still a work in process. Hopefully, the future includes a much improved smoke filtration system.

Very disappointed in their service. Was traveling through and looked up this shop on google. Had good reviews. I am a novice in the cigar world and made that clear when I entered and asked for some assistance. The only guy that was working asked me a couple of questions about what Ive had experiences with and then ridiculed me about my take on the cigars and told me I didnt know what I was talking about. (Even though I stated from the beginning I was a newbie). He then showed me some cigars and as soon as I asked a question he made a mockery of my knowledge immediately again. Right afterwards I was just trying to make a purchase to get out of there before I got escalated about his customer service, when another customer entered. As I was walking out I heard him making fun of me to the next customer about my little knowledge. As for your customer service goes...worst cigar experience Ive had by far. Luckily, I have been to other shops and they are generally quite the opposite when greeted...so this wont reflect to a newbie the whole cigar world. Selection seemed to be there but who wants to deal with someone thats miserable in their own life. Good luck to you guys...wont be back.

Im not a cigar smoker, but I have to say...this is a really nice atmosphere. According to manager (Eric) they have plans to really step up/expand smoke shop, to include a bar and possibly a non smoking section for those that want that away from home or just a place for man/woman and friends mingle spot...who knows ya just might find yourself smoking one their many fine cigars on hand!I think adding, food and maybe a card table and or pool table along with the bar and tvs would really make it a nice, cool and RELAXED cigar smoke social club/sports bar for relaxing, NETWORKING and mingling.Maybe offer a section during the week for business people to relax and network on their tablets, smartphones, IPads, read books, etc.(Panera Bread atmosphere w/wine and beer).Cant wait for expansion and the word to get out...WE DEFINITELY NEED something DIFFERENT in this area!!!NEED to advertise your location with ALL the golf clubs and local passenger transportation companies.

I was running a little behind to a wedding. Today and wanted to get a nice stick not too familiar with the area had difficulty finding shop with gps so I called and the guy gave me turn by turn directions and put me on a nice stick that I hadn’t tried before I’ll be going back again

The store has finally reopened. Google takes you to the wrong location. The store is located behind Golf Augusta on US-1.They have a great selection of cigars: Montecristo, Romeo y Julietta, Fuente, Ashton, Padron, Tatuaje, Opus X, Sindicato, and they have a good craft beer selection.There is also a nice lounge with plenty of comfortable seating. The owner said theyre building a deck outside and theyre also going to have liquor soon. Its a great place to come to before and after playing golf.
