Amazing place to get a custom built computer! I am a video editor and needed a new computer that could handle 4K footage. The team at Home PC Support worked with me every step of the way on what computer parts (graphics card, RAM, storage) the programs I use for video creation would require and built me a computer.Im still pretty blown away by the whole experience. The computer looks and works beautifully for half the price of what a Mac with similar features would cost. I have been using it just over a month and it has handled my footage and animation needs seamlessly. I thought it would be harder switching from Mac to Windows 10, but I have had very few issues with the switch. My adobe suite projects all opened fine in the windows versions.If you are a creator and considering upgrading your computer, I would highly suggest making the switch to a custom built PC through Home PC Support. Although I am a video editor, I didnt know the first thing about building my own computer. In the past I simply ordered the best reviewed Mac computer for editors and crossed my fingers. After my 2013 Mac computer started to wane, I knew I needed a new computer and with apple prices soaring, especially on the higher end builds that can handle larger footage sizes as well as animation programs for graphics, I knew I needed to consider a PC computer.Home PC Support worked with me directly and were very honest and up front individuals. They even managed to get me a really nice graphics card during the 2021 graphics card shortage through diligent efforts to track one down at a reasonable price. Everything was fairly priced and they went above and beyond on the build. Great people to work with, if you are considering a custom build I cant recommend Home PC Support enough!

Stop going to staples and Best Buy for your computer repairs! It only takes going to this pc repair shop one time to understand how much of a difference people who actually care make. I was in and out of this shop for a very small fix that would’ve taken staples or bestbuy at-least a week. They have two sweet dogs so you need to stop going to other places that have zero sweet service pups!

Matt came over to reconfigure my network set up and organize the cabling mess I had…he did a tremendous job at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend giving them a call!

Matt & his associates have always been there for me (an absolute computer illiterate) from software issues, to changeover to a new computer to just being there to answer a question. This time was an unlucky spill that made the keyboard stick. I dropped it off and before I got home they called to tell me it was fixed and, in addition, they reviewed and cleaned up the computer of junk while it was in their hands. I am a college student so needless to say my laptop is my lifeline - especially now with research paper due dates right around the corner. My laptop is a few years old (purchased in 2017) and lately its been running really slow. Last night I decided to save everything important to an external hard drive and do a hard reset - right before I got to work on my papers (what was I thinking?!). The year is 2020 so of course the worst thing imaginable happened - the laptop never recovered and was stuck in a loop of restarting, flashing 64% complete, and restarting again. This morning with the loop still going, I was prepared to have to go out and purchase a new laptop because I had an assignment due tonight and I didnt think there was a place that could fix it for me on the spot. My husband found Home PC Support on Google and took it there while I was on campus and within 3 hours I had my laptop back and its running like its brand spanking new. I cant speak on their customer service as, like I said, my husband took it there and picked it up. But their quality of work is impeccable, affordable, and timely. Highly recommended.

I recently completely locked/disabled my wifes computer when I attempted to simply upgrade her Mac Book. I am not Mac savvy but made every attempt I could to try to undo what I had done. Eventually I called Apple for over the phone support and together we could not figure it out. They recommended I bring it into an Apple store and get it fixed. Only problem with that is due to COVID, there was zero options in NC to get an appointment in a timely manner. So I turned to local business and came across @ Home PC Support because they had a 5 star rating and a long working history in the area. I took the Mac Book there and that very same day he began working on it. He admitted he hadnt seen anything like it before but continued his pursuit to fix the problem. Through hours and hours of work and research and then more work, he was able to completely fix the problem and was able to call me 2 days later that my laptop was ready for pick-up. He not only worked tirelessly during the work day on it but also worked after hours because I expressed to him the importance of this getting done before the weekends end because my wife uses this computer for school and must turn in homework by Sunday. Very impressed by this business and highly recommend them to anyone that has any computer related issues they just cant seem to figure out because I guarantee that @ Home PC Support will find and fix the problem. The guys up here are fantastic! I brought in my Apple laptop, which is under warranty at a place in Fayetteville (so I didnt want to do the drive, nor send my computer off for a week or so), and I requested they quote me about replacing the keyboard. They could have easily taken my money, which they said would likely be a few hundred. Instead, they were honest about the price and suggested I use my warranty. Not only did they save me hundreds, they allowed me a loaner computer while Im missing my own laptop. I am beyond impressed with them and even though I didnt use them to work on my machine, I will 1000000% recommend them to anyone and everyone. I may have taken a few cards to pass around to people! :D I love they are in the business of fixing and customer service and not in the business of just making money.

Highest rating. I first visited their shop a few weeks ago, happy to find a used monitor at a reasonable price. When I needed some help transferring from that old desktop to a new one, Parker came to our home today and was able to get us squared away. As a baby boomer, I am not very tech savvy, and was doubly pleased that Parker was not condescending in any way, something that happens all too often in such situations. AMAZING!!! I stopped by to leave my computer for Parker to check. He asked what my problem was and immediately knew the fix. I have scoured the internet for months to find a solution, and nothing worked. In under 5 minutes, Parker helped me with a quick fix, taught me how to fix it myself if an update reverted it back to the previous status, and told me that a permanent fix would probably cost about $300 and that he could do it but he suggested that I see if the quick fix was adequate. My colleague and I came out of town to help stand up an office, needed 30+ ethernet cables. We had ordered them from Amazon, but due to shipping errors, we cancelled the order. Ive had my MacBook Pro since I started undergrad in 2012. Im starting my DPT in August and my 5 year old computer was too slow to meet the demands of grad school. The processing was lagged and the battery lasted only about 30 minutes when it wasnt connected to the charger. I couldnt afford to buy a new Mac for $1,500, so I brought my computer to @Home! They replaced my hard drive with a new SSD one, popped in a new battery, and upgraded my RAM so that I had double the space of my old one. Let me tell you, my old Mac runs like a brand new machine! I literally feel like I have a new computer, but for a fraction of the cost. These guys are awesome! Not to mention, it only took them ONE DAY to fix everything! I highly recommend @Home. Great experience! I came here first and dont regret it. I dropped off my laptop in the afternoon, and Matt had it ready the next morning (with a new HD and RAM upgrade, including transferring the data from my dying HD). This is the only place that Ill take any of my computers in the future.
