This is the best grocery store in the Southern Pines / Aberdeen area. They have great meat. They have a great selection with reasonable prices. And the coolest thing about Lowe’s is they have very friendly and helpful staff!! That is so missing in our other grocery stores close to us. I have been shopping there for about a year now and am still shocked at how much better the service is at Lowe’s. Thank you Lowe’s management fir making service a priority. This is why we pass 3 other grocery stores to come there.

Great little place. This place is a glorified publix. Also has a beer tap inside where u can buy beer and shop lol.

Coming to NC for a little vacation and found myself needing some extra odds and ends, so i decided to give this place a visit and i was so surprised with how amazing the staff was. They were so helpful when I needed assistance finding things. At the end the staff worker named Monika was SO great and did everything that needed to be done with ease. Will definitely consider coming back.

We are here in Southern Pines visiting from San Diego area and this was our first trip. I am completely in awe of your entire store! From the moment I walked inside there was beauty everywhere. Probably one of my favorite stores. The little interactive deli station always has my daughter so excited. The cleanliness is exceptional and the customer service is beyond amazing.

Beat store I have ever been too..A lot of different varieties an fresh salad bar great prices also they make fresh sandwiches they will heat them up an great pizzas too..

My mother and I walked up to the olive bar at 7:53pm. I saw a worker was taking the spoons away, so I nicely asked if the bar was closed. The worker snapped “yes” in a very annoyed tone. I asked if we could grab olives since the spoons are were still in the ones my mom wanted, and he hadn’t even gotten to that side yet. He just gave us a nasty look. It would’ve been fine if he said no nicely, but it just felt like he was really rude, ya know? We love the store selection and everyone is usually nice, but that interaction was disappointing:( the bar wasn’t even officially closed, he could’ve easily let us grab some.

I love that a local grocery store deems this important enough to have at their front door. They and who they honor, have my support.

Today was my first visit to Lowes. The store is very clean with a wide selection of items. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. This can easily become one of my shopping spots.

Always nice with a good selection of specialty foods. Not for bargain shopping, but worth the extra price for a quiet and clean shopping experience.

Got home and only then realized that the pie I had just bought is a MONTH past it’s best by date…yikes.

Dont use EBT here as the cashiers change their treatment of you the minute they realize how youre paying for your order. I stopped shopping at this store just because the cashiers judge books only by their covers.

I stopped in for some corn on the cob for my Frogmore Stew. I got some white corn that was sweet. I also bought some slightly sweet mini tomatoes. Had a good conversation with the Produce Manager.

The parking lot was easy accessible to the store. Upon entry sales associated, Sarah, gave me a friendly greeting, store was clean and easy to shop with proper signage, Ray, in frozen foods, notice my eye for ice cream and gave some suggestions of sale items, Mason and the rest of the front end staff were amazingly nice. Therefore, my shopping experience was a pleasant home town feel and I enjoyed every moment of it.

They are expensive as heck. And Ive had to walk 3 times to this store after calling about western union just to get there to see they dont know how to do it when I clearly asked if they had western union n can I pickup or transfer money they said yes and they dont

This Lowes is a great place to shop. Not to mention, their bar in the corner makes life a lot easier if youre along for the ride, if you know what I mean. Anyway, great selection all around, dont forget about their half priced growlers on Thursdays.

Always clean and a delight to shop in. Its never hard to find an employee to help. It has a large produce selection though it doesnt carry a lot of organic produce.

Shelfs stocked and the Beer Den. Get a pint and cruise your cart to the deli.

These are good stores. Great quality, clean, with a wide selection of food items. You wont find the best value for your purchase here, but if you want a higher end experience this is an acceptable balance.

Last minute I had a cake lady that I had coordinated with for several weeks cancel my cake the day before my daughters birthday. Her birthday was December 21st and I called all the bakeries and no one had time. One bakery suggested Lowe’s foods.In desperation I called and the young girl there was SO helpful, considerate and took the time to explain all my options to me. They made me a cake in less then a DAY! I had a lot of concerns and questions. Their bakery was so swamped - but she took the time.They made this gorgeous cake and wrapped a bow with the fabric I had purchased. The cake looked beautiful and tasted delicious. It is the best store bought buttercream and cake I have ever tasted. The price point was much better then a private party or bakery - thank you so much for coming through and exceeding my expectations! That young girl in your bakery is a GEM! Thank you thank you thank you!

Great location and convinent to access by vehicle. The staff is very friendly and curtious, willing to help if needed.

This unit in Southern Pines is excellent in many ways. They have an outstanding meat department with well qualified butchers. They also have dry aged beef plus grass fed beef and Black Angus. The have been doing special cuts for me for several years. I have never been disappointed in the quality of the meats. This unit has a good management team who are hands on. They have a great pastry department along with excellent produce, deli, dairy and wine departments. The sanitation level is always very good.

Ordered cupcakes from the bakery with custom decorations for an event. They looked great until the cashier flipped both of the containers over to scan them at the register for some reason.

Favorite grocery store ever. I especially love the salad bar and bakery!! Wish there was one closer to me.

Dont bother calling. Answering the phone and transfering calls is too challenging for the staff at this location.

Our family is SO grateful for what Lowes Foods of Southern Pines is doing every week to enhance the lives of our parents and to put more time back in our hands to SPEND with them....

Cashier bagged my bananas with glass bottles and by the time I got home, my bananas were bruised so bad i couldnt eat them!!!

Always have to bag your own groceries. However, store is usually clean and adequately stocked on essentials (but not always specialty goods).

Very friendly place to shop. I like how they are focused on customer service. Their prices tend to run a little higher than high-volume grocers and places that focus more on quantity over quality, but what is better, someone who cares about you and the products you need, our someone who is so concerned with volume that they forget whats more important. I find many items here that I cannot get otherwise.

The bakery knocks it out of the park every time! My mother ordered a small cake for my sons 4th birthday and requested a blue cake with a spaceship on it. Ill have to figure out how to attach images, but we were all blown away! It was literally out of this world. Not only did they create the galaxy background with both light and dark blue, they also added stars, a UFO and saturn. We are beyond impressed!

By far the best grocery store in the southern pines/Aberdeen area. Fresh produce, great cheese selection, and the meat selection is excellent. What puts this grocery store over the top is the beer den ( A husband day care with beer) they have inside. Never again will I wander aimlessly with the wife contemplating organic, grass fed or gluten free again.

Bought what we thought were great looking ribeye steaks to grill for Father’s Day. Boy were we fooled, cooked medium and tough as shoe leather. We definitely will not buy any more steaks from this store.

This is weird, but its true: I think the meat section is confusing. There, I said it. Its a great store but I feel like Im constantly backtracking to get all of the meat I want. And they dont sell unseasoned ground pork. I use it for homemade ramen, so Italian flavor or sausage flavor isnt going to work.

I love this Lowes food! I visit here when Im closer to work and I honestly prefer it to the Lowes right by my home. Its so beautiful and nicely laid out. The store associates have always been amazing. Absolutely just love this store!

Great place.

A really nice grocery store. They had local strawberries from the farm up the road. They even have Beyond Burgers here, which if you havent tried them, you should come here, buy a couple, cook them up and marvel at how close they are to a regular hamburger. They have plenty of parking in the lot and some interesting stores nearby.

In 2 months Ive had to return chicken, salmon, shrimp because went bad before date on packing. Also had cheese Turn moldy way before date.

All of the people were really helpful and friendly!

Lowes is kind of like Wegmans, Safeway, and Food Lion all had a wonderful baby. I love this place! The prices are competitive and they offer everything, including a bar! The bakery looks fresh and delicious, you can get the cutest cakes, and the deli has all your lunch needs covered. There is also a great flower section for if the girls want something pretty or if the guys get in trouble. The you cant beat the hours. 6am-12am!
