One Sunday morning in December 2019, I was on my way to church in Pontiac and I had a flat tire. I called and the tow truck was dispatched and arrived to the churchs parking lot in 20 minutes and replaced my flat tire with my spare tire in 8 minutes. The driver was very courteous, pleasant and professional. I was so happy!! Thank you UTR for your road service!

Please stay away from Unique Towing in Southfield MI They tried to rip off me and my insurance. The other day I parked my car in an uneven mushy ground and my wheels started to spin as I started to push the accelerator. I had to call my insurance for towing help. The dispatcher send Unique towing for help. The driver told me it costs me $500 to pull the car out. He said my insurance will cover only $300 and I was asked to pay $200 out of pocket on the spot in order to cover the costs. He offered me deal to save $200, if I allow him to take my car to his favorite mechanic until tomorrow to check for any damages underneath. I refused to comply with his request to tow away my car to a workshop for no reason and charge me and my insurance company for fake damages and repairs later. He suddenly brought down the price to $400. That sounded really fishy and I kicked them out immediately. Later, I called another towing company and they helped me out without any fuss.

The worst service ever! Rude! I called in to get an ETA and the guy said, (after I had already received a text stating it would be 60 minutes and it happened to by 1 after the ETA on text) that I wasnt their only call. I called back a few times. They told me they were on the way. I was assigned at 10:18 am in morning. The tow truck got her at 3:10 pm. They guy did not want to talk to me, I guess because I had already displayed over the phone that I needed them to get me before the glass place closed. He locked my steering wheel up and then pulled the bed out. It was a flat bed. He left my car. I called him while he was at the edge of the street and he did not answer. The insurance company cant get in touch with him either. I

Called for services and they said they had a flat tire. Then they said they came by and no one was here. And now they dont answer the phone after 2 1/2 hours later. They are not a responsible company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I’ve used this company for the last four years never had a problem always went over and above to help me out so apparently people are google just make up things against other companies the truth is the truth

I saw one of their trucks drive over a median to pass cars and run a red light while carrying a vehicle.

Total loosers, insurance company should stop using this vendor
