My daughter chose a Jasmine from Aladdin costume on Halloween eve and when it was time to put it on to go trick or treating half of the costume was missing. It ended up being too late to obtain another costume so her Halloween was ruined. I went to return it and they only offered store credit ie they wanted to keep my money instead of keeping a customer. My daughter suffered because of a PARTY CITY screw up and PARTY CITY decided to keep my money too. Unfortunate.

The staff was great, as usual. They provide excellent service.

This place was absolutely horrible. I was in a hurry trying to get a single balloon for a birthday. I got to the door right at 8. Right in the dot and the door was closed. No one answered. Rude lady on the phone. Not helpful. Additionally, this place is slow and not respectful of their clients time :((( worst party city ever. Not recommend :(

Party City is discontinuing alot of items. I know it is party season and they are out of things but they are getting rid of some colors completely.

Was kind of in a rush which is why I chose curbside pickup but after calling the number 7 times getting all circuits busy, I had to go in. My order was fine though.

I bought 7-0 balloons for my moms birthday. I requested curbside pickup. The process was easy and the staff was nice.

Out of stock on alot of stuff, wait time for balloons was 2 hours. The customer service was good and very informative.

I did balloons online order on Sunday night for Tuesday morning . it wasn’t ready and they didn’t even apologize or say anything.

45 minute wait to fill balloons at 11 am in a Sunday...nope...never going back

Tariq is AWESOME!!! He helped me pick out the perfect bouquet for my wifes anniversary she loved it and even offered ideas I never even thought of and Ive been married for 10 years lol. I loved his greeting and tag line (thanks for partying with us, come again bring your friends!) and how he consistently greeted EVERY customer that entered and exited the store! I never usually leave reviews but Ive never gotten this customer experience at any other store before!

This was my first visit to Party City, Southfield. I loved coming in being greeted, Welcome to the Party! I experienced three employees and all send genuinely happy to be there: Kenya, though went beyond the call of duty! I had over 520 pieces of candy for guest Thank You bags and she patiently counted them out and even complimented me as she went along ❤️ This is my new, favorite location.

This web site states they deliver balloons I tried numerous locations each store directed me to another locationI would not recommend this place of business to anyone

This place is HUGE! Im surprised at how much stuff they have in there. Im also surprised they dont have more wrapping paper, or cards. But that didnt bother me too much.

The cashiers were nice. However, the store was out of the balloons I needed. Party City having balloons out of stock is a common occurrence.

Will never come to this location again. Came into the store at 6:45pm and still haven’t left yet...and it’s 7:40pm. I have been in line waiting for checkout/balloons for the last 40 minutes now as there is one worker at the front checking out customers and 3 other coworkers just walking around the store. Awful service and embarrassed for whoever owns this establishment.

They have always been super helpful and you can find help when you need it which can be rare in these larger stores. They have a great selection and I always get excited before going in! Highly recommend for all your party needs!

Love the options to choose from. The various types of party decorations made it fun. The prices were not bad but I bought most of the items on sale.

The rep we had today was extra pleasant and helpful. Found everything we needed got my grandson 5th birthday party.

Really felt kinda of offend when my sisters and I was shopping for some supplies for her baby shower. We asked the young lady that worked there for help, my sisters and I was discussing the colors the lady turned to us and said I dont speak that language. Now myself and my sisters were threw off because we were discussing the colors between each so we wasnt sure who or what she was referring to. Mind you there was no one else in the store or even around for her to be talking to other then us. We never found out what she meant by that but it did offend me a little.

I ordered balloons for my husbands 65th birthday on Friday. Paid in full for Saturday pickup. They assured me they would be ready. Waited 45 mins for them to fill the order. Unacceptable!

Svc. Was ok, after I had to mk the cashier speak! Limited quantity on Minnie mouse 🤦‍♀️

Curbside balloon order wasn’t ready and took 30 minutes to resolve the situation.

Horrible I must say for a slow night and almost no people in the store the service was poor and completely slow. I asked for costumes and was completely ignored.

Wish I could give zero stars. We planned a 90th birthday celebration for our Dad. Went days in advance to this Party City to order nearly $100 in balloons. When we arrived the day of the event to pick up our (paid in advance order), they had not even started blowing them up!!! It was extremely aggravating as we had the normal amount of last minute details to complete. Not having the (ordered in advance) balloons ready added much additional unnecessary STRESS but the employees didn’t seem to care. There are other Party City’s - hopefully with better service.

I called to check on online order I placed and the guy who answered the phone (Matt or Max I can’t remember the name) was very rude and didn’t help me with my issue at all and he hung up the phone before I could finish talking. Hopefully I receive my order because he is want any help to my situation.

Lousy customer service at this location. Rude and juvenile behavior such as hanging up on someone mid-sentence is not acceptable. The inquiry was simply if the small order of 3 inflated balloons could be picked up 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time. There is NO way it takes 2 hours to complete this order. If I walked in, that order would be fulfilled in less than 20 minutes.Ill be contacting corporate with an official complaint about this store even though I suspect they could care less.

They will havr what youre looking for. Any themed party you could probably think of. We had a PJ Mask party for my daughter and they had everything. They are a bit too expensive though. Wouldnt recommend buying utensils here. But decorations? Yes.

I like party city but I feel they need to be better prepared for summer time celebration events such as prom send offs and Graduation parties during the spring and summer months. I was very disappointed with my visit there last week. Not only did they not have in stock a lot of items that should have been available...they resold an item I mistakenly left on the counter. When I came the very next morning I was told they resold it. How? If the register tells you that item was already purchased, why not set it to the side at least for 24 hrs to see if the customer returns? Needless to say that was the last of the runners and it was the day of my daughters send off. However I did get a refund but only after asking for it.

Practically vacant, almost nonexistent staff, went in for 1 quick item and had to make 2 laps and received no help before i gave up and left.

Went to the store to buy a Halloween costume and the staff is not helpful. They were none showed up after waiting for long time just to find out the size of the costumes available. A person showed up and he doesnt know much and tried to call other associated. But the other associates didnt turn in. I just came out without buying anything because i coulnt even see what costumes they are having as they kept all the halloween costumes in storage room.

Make sure you call and ask if the printer work or if specific items are in stock. And ask politely for them to check, and hopefully they do. Because I called ahead (they said it was available)and went in on a slow day(rush to get there) and received nothing. Just saying.
