This beauty supply was a pleasant experience. I was greeted with courtesy upon entrance. The Mgr offered to assist me and showed me around. When supplies were limited for what I was looking for, she gave me time to look around the store to search for my needs. Her client specialist came to assist and answered my questions to which shampoo product was best suited for wimen of color. I was very pleased with purchases I made and the nail care products I was in need of. No crowds and eye appealing decor to the store designs. I received an offer to return the product for refund if I didnt like my product after Ive used it. That was a very great selling point to invite your customers to come back and they will make every offer to satisfy your needs😁😁.

I haven’t colored my own hair in over ten years so I definitely needed guidance....the woman that helped me was so knowledgeable and helpful! I was in and out with everything I needed. Will definitely come back

I went there this morning to pick up some bleach and color. Unfortunately I did not get the lady’s name who helped me, she had short red hair. But she was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend this location! Thank you for your service.

The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. But they are always out of stock on something or another, and dont re order regularly enough compared with most Sallys.

The one star is only because of the fact that this location carries ethnic products. Aside from that, I use to love this location, the staff use to be very friendly and helpful. The last couple of times I’ve come to this location it has been horrible. I came in for a product, it wasn’t in stock but that wasn’t the issue. I wasn’t greeted when I came in, I noticed two staff members sitting in the back room with the door open and one even looked me on the face and didn’t say a word. Then another time I called the store to see if they carried a product, the first call the staff member placed me on hold then hung up. I called back and asked about the product again and the woman told me they didn’t have it, but I knew she didn’t look. I drove there and low and behold 2 of the conditioners I called about were right on the shelf. I’m really disappointed with this location because I use to love it.

Always a great experience. questions always answered. Treated like family or close friend instead of customer. Need more establishments like this.

Wife Loves The Place!

The location is pretty convenient. Every time I go in it seems the employees are forcing the niceness. Its weird.

They had what I was looking for but I walked and the employer just looked at me no greeting. So I said hello and still nothing. Then all of a sudden shes in the aisle asking if I need help. No thanks.

Needed help trying to find a few colors and things to ombre my hair. Not only was I in the store for 20 min with no help even after asking! There was only one woman there and she was too busy running her mouth at the cash register I ended up walking out. Not to mention what I came in there to look for the woman who has a boy cut, and bright red hair said to a customer colors in hair is way too much and she doesnt like it? You work at Sallys where youre supposed to help sell products why arent you then?

I have been going to Sallys beauty supplies for 10 YEARS and today I get asked for an ID because Emmy credit card wasnt signed. Im this is by far the most prejudice staff. I will take my business else wear until I leave this god forsaken city.
