We have used Flinstone for 2 houses over the years, as well as our daughters. Several friends have been referred and were happy with the job. During Covid, you may have had to be patient, but, that was the case for almost everywhere. Caitlin, Melanie and all of the staff have worked with us all the way through our projects, from start to finish! Some reviews have been critical concerning difficult situations. It is true that adjustments needed to be made on a piece or two, but, guess what? The adjustments were made! Yes, I do recommend Flinstone! And, the price was awesome!

Flinstone is the only Granite Counter place that I will purchase from. Ive used them for my bathrooms, and most recently, my kitchen. Caitlin and Melanie were extremely patient and committed to ensuring I was happy with my purchase. I also had a few last minute request, and they were extremely accommodating, all during a pandemic. I extremely grateful for their excellent customer service.

I have nothing but great things to say about Flintstone, nice people, good work,I used them through my business and my own house and the previous house Ive owned, I have most of my contacts using them and we keep going back after more than 10 years. Lots of stock options and even more remnants pieces in the yard. Very accommodating if you need an extra piece like a window seal or threshold that needs to be done in a hurry, dont have to go back to end of the line like it happened in my business with other companies.

They were quick to come out to measure and provide an estimate. A week later our granite was installed. When the granite around our outdoor grill didnt fit perfectly they tried everything to make it work. Eventually, they had to cut a new piece of granite. No arguments or disagreements. Everyone was so professional and hard working. Id highly recommend this company and Id use them again in a heartbeat.

Thought I found a great deal. The staff was helpful in picking out granite. It went down hill from there. I was not present at the install, I would have rejected it while the slab was on the truck. The slab was cut too large and the installer had to remove all of the drywall, thus creating a fire hazard. One of the slab was miss cut and had cut marks on the face of the slab. The largest piece of granite had a fissure running down the middle at a 45 degree angle and orange hydraulic fluid stains. They claim that these orange stains are in the granite. The slab my wife and I viewed did not have any orange it. Most of these items could not be seen as the slab was filthy and had to be cleaned after the installers left. My advice to everybody is do not pay in full. Once Flinstone has received theyre money youll have to take them to court to resolve any issues.

Great kitchen counter job done ten years ago and very helpful, this year when i had a water damage at kitchen sink cabinet they helped me to fix the cabinet and redone the granite seam.

My countertop was installed on 04/11. The installers left the old sink and the old countertops in my garage. This material was supposed to be hauled away. As of 4/16 this material has not been removed. Everyday i call and everyday they tell me they are coming out to get it, no onr has came. I am very disappointed. Had i known this is the way Flintstone handled their customers i would have went elsewhere.

Warning...please avoid this company at all cost. We hired them to install our countertops and island and they tore up our brand new kitchen. They state in their contract that there might be some damage to walls however what happened to our walls was far beyond what we imagined. When we addressed this with their team they let us know they would assess when they came out to install island. Once they assessed they agreed the damage was extensive and offered us $150 which was far less than the $600 labor quote we received to remove and reinstall our drywall. When we asked them to split the difference, they told us that we were attempting to scheme the company and they would put a lien against our home. When I attempted to follow up reasonably the owner yelled at me for 10 minutes and ended the conversation that she would rather pay the $50 to put a lien on our house than work with us on the repairs. Unfortunately it looks like we will see them in court but for all of you please find another company.

My family and I don’t even look around anymore this place is always our first choice. I did have a issue 3 years after install where there was a leak, and David came out and did a fantastic job.
