This Toys R Us location is so ghetto for several reasons. My major complaint is lack of cashiers and the fact that every time I go there I have to argue with the cashier that even though the coupon I am trying to use is expired the store will always accept their own expired coupons. The manager always has to come up to the front and explain to the cashier how to push the coupon through. I dont understand why the cashiers arent trained to do this themselves in the first place. I usually go to the Babies R Us in Northville, even though it is further from where I live, just to avoid this Toys R Us location. The cashiers there are all trained to accept any coupon (even expired Buy Buy Baby and Bed Bath and Beyond). They never question or comment on any coupons I use.

Im sad they closing. My favorite location store
