Great prices amazing stock

Arrived at the Southfield location thinking they had a retail store here. They do not but I was helped on the phone and directed to one of their retail showrooms.

The fixtures I wanted were in their catalogue and indicated that they are in stock, however when I visited Michigan Chandelier Novi showroom they said that they are not in stock. I was oferred another similar fixtures and was told they were in stock. Apparently they have very few item at hand; most items they order from their supplier issuing a Purchase Order!I ordered two fixtures on April 13 with ship date of May 1. Not hearing from them untill May 10, I left a v-mail and followed up with a e-mail to the sales person who originally wrote my order. I received no response. On May 13, I called to check. Their supply people said that order had not come in and they will have my sales person contact me. Not hearing from them, on May 20 I stopped by at the showroom and talked to the same sales person. She had an attitude and insisted that ship date of May 1 on my order acknowledgement was meaningless. When asked why they would not call back and update on the status of the order, she ignored me. I asked that I cant wait anymore and demamnded refund, she implied that my order will be in next week and I should not get the deposit refunded. At that point I told her that I can go through my credit card company and seek resolution. Hearing that she reluctantly processed my refund in less than polite manner. My experience with this business is of poor service with meager stocked merchandise. I would not recommend them.I like to support our local businesses, however with poor service, we have no choice but to shop via internet.
