I’ve been coming here since 2008 ! The place is always clean, staff nice, good prices and fresh food.

I was so impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the store. They have fresh high quality produce and meats. The people are very friendly and helpful.

A very well stocked market. I was told they carry the best smocked meat. Electric shopping carts are very helpful. Clean and friendly.

Foodland is an excellent place to shop. The shelves are always well stocked. You can always find what youre looking for and the aisles are easy to navigate. If there is something that you want that they dont have, ask the manager, he will get it sent to the store for you. The produce is always fresh and in good supply. To me, it is right up there with Krogers and rest of the food stores.

Good prices. Good service. Good location. Mid-sized grocery store for quick in and out for forgotten supplies or quick dinner ideas. Other convenient services available! They take special care with elders (seniors) and support area organizations and causes.

This grocery store is nice.... and meat section is very clean.... their meats are fresh. What I like most about them is that they were open on Christmas day....when I needed a couple last minute items to make my Christmas dinner no problem, 8 mile foodland saved the day! 👍👍

Always been a very clean reputable grocery store. Ive been going here since I was a kid. I frequent here quite often and I moved miles away. I pass so many other stores just to come here.

Clean store, & great prices. I was apprehensive about shopping there but as soon as I walked in, DEALS! Brand name deals! Who knew? I thought this place was going to be like Save-A-Lot (cant stand that store) but its actually like Farmer Jacks from wayyyy back! I will shop here again..

I have been coming to Foodland for many years and I like the store but some prices are too high, and 4 times I have got bad fish from them!! I will not buy fish from them anymore.. They beef is to high in prices as well!! Now I have noticed the shelves are dirty and I think they should clean them ASAP because some customers like myself do look at that.. I still do shop at the store because some things they have are good like they chicken prices..

Absolutely rude! the staff in there was definitely rude. It was my first time ever coming to that store and its going to be my last! Give someone else your business!

They have good food and today i was so glad to see the girl scouts out.You know i couldnt leave that store without buying some cookies and they had all of the favorites! Shortbread and thin mints so if you are out and shopping. Support our local girl scouts!

The customer service is mostly good. The prices are high in my opinion. The market is clean. There is free parking. The market sits in a perfect location where it can be seen from cars passing by.

It was excellent. Staff very helpful. It was my first visit to your store. I didn t have time to check out your organic section. The store was clean and the aisles were easy to maneuver through. I will return.

Not enough healthy selections and I happen to call on two separate occasions looking for a particular item maybe a year apart... each time I was told the company doesnt make the product anymore...yet Im continuously able to purchase this very same item at other grocery stores.

Several times that I’ve been there dates on yogurt, cheese, cereal are old. One time I found an expired yogurt, i pointed it out to one of the workers, they took the old yogurt in back claiming to dispose of the items. I forgot to grab something while I was there and came back the next day only to find the same expired yogurt on the shelf. I complained and they never do anything about it. I buy steaks from there and it tastes stale and not fresh. Buyer beware, carefully check the dates before making any purchases.

The cashiers are great, but the women at the front window to your left is very unprofessional very nasty attitude !

No complaints here. I generally only shop for steaks (when I need to buy many), pork chops and fresh turkey wings. Ive found what I save on meats, I pay for on regular groceries...their prices are a bit higher than your average Kroger. But meat prices cant be beat!

This grocery stores prices are ridiculously high! If you have a large family as I do you will probably want to save money,and go elsewhere there is Aldis not too far this store is overly priced!!!! SMH one example was, the same bag of talipia fish that I get at Apollo market for 11.99 8 mile foods wanted 18.99 for the same size bag! Go elsewhere unless you have money to waste in that case be my guest. 💯

Very disappointed I feel like theyre selling us the things the other stores rotate after they get close to the expiration date or a have expired already their whole milk line was set to expire the next day thats not fresh enough. A lot of their cookies and other items are way past date. Food items have to go into peoples body you have to upgrade your food in your store. And also do something about the the lady cashier with the smeared pink lipstick,,cashier with a nasty attitude. You have been placed on the naughty list for two months I hope you clean out your whole store and revamp everything.

The lines were going smoothly it wasnt too crowded in the parking lot overall we give it five stars

I went today to get some collard greens. When I arrived the parking lot was jammed packed! Im like great! That means people are coming even though the snow was very heavy. The collard greens were $1.49 a lb.....Ridiculous! Kroger and Meijer dont even charge that much. Are they price gouging because of this crazy president and everybody is being limited to their funds. I work hard for my money and I dont feel its fair to overcharge people because the government is in shut down, or because theres a snowstorm! I wont be patronizing Foodland anytime soon

Food Lion is very organized they keep the food shelves stocked and the floors clean. They also have check cashing Lottery and fast check out at the counter.

Love the convenience of this market. They have a fully stocked grocery store, the lines are short, the cashiers are fast and friendly.

Let’s say, ghetto girls.... laughing at customers. Not all but some. Looking uninterested in customer. Like they doing me a favor by waiting on me. I didn’t have enough money. Not that I didn’t have it at home... i returned item and got a smaller version. Made fun of really. I have high self esteem so I speak for those with out a voice. Additionally, they were gossiping about someone. I ignored the laughs bc I would not give into the drama. I been a loyal customer for 10 years. Guess who’s finding a new store. This is not the first and/ or second time I was treated poorly. They have great deals and plays all of the oldies. Maybe we won’t live up to the name of the poorest customer service in Michigan. Get a clue.

I purchased some blueberries and raspberries today at this store and when I got home and opened them they both had mold all over them. The berries that had mold seemed to be under all the others so you could not see them unless you opened the container they came in. Last time shopping there. Please check your perishables before leaving the store.

Their meat selection is okay but their prices are good on them, but everything else is too high in price and their selection of produce is slim pickings. And who wants to pay almost 5 dollars on real butter? Or 3 dollars on a gallon of milk?

8 Mile Foodland has been here a couple of decades. The selection of food is good.

Food is over priced & every time I go they only have 1 register that accepts WIC so Im their for a long time. Not convenient or affordable. I prefer kroger

Best prices on meats! Buuuuut i bought a bumpy cake that had hidden mold under the icing!!!! Customer service lady rudely refused to give me my $s bk because i didnt have the receipt 🤔😑. After that I also noticed the cake also had no expiration date! Store wouldnt simply refund me, now i share my horrific experience w/you & the world; NO Cakes from foodland!
