I’ve been going to him for years and I’ve never had an issue. I will always recommend Mr. Rushing. He’s patient, gentle, kind and knowledgeable.

I still have not received my hearing aid after three weeks. The owner does not have any assistance in his office. He claims he doesnt need any. This is proof that he does. An assistant would have realized that my hearing had not come in and could have checked on it before now.
My experience was great. I received hearing aids at no cost to me. My Insurance covered everything! The first time in over fifty years. I’ve always had a out of pocket cost of at least $1,500.00. I feel I was taken advantage of before. This is definitely the best place to go for Hearing Aids. And the Service was great.
Spoke with a very complacent employee who had zero interest in helping my 6 year old recieve batteries for his hearing aides. He was very busy and didnt want to take my information....THEN WHY DID YOU ANSWER THE PHONE!?. The manager didnt want to help me either. I wasnt rude or nasty to them at all...but they definitely acted like I deserved to be hung up on. I dont know why it happened but next time I hope they wont answer the phone if they dont feel like doing their job. What a waste of everyones time.
The man he was not friendly at all he only did one of my devices he keep telling me the prices several times this was close to my home but if he still works there i wont go back he shouldnt treat people like that.I was so upset
