I was going to buy a lift online and install it myself. Before pulling the trigger I did a quick search for a source in my area. I found Aresco! The lift was close to the same price I would have paid online, but the kicker was they offered delivery, installation, and hydraulic oil for a very reasonable price. I initially settled on a two column with floor plate model, ordered it and set an install date. I soon realized I would be better served with an open floor asymmetrical lift. They were able to accommodate my change of heart without any fuss. Had I ordered it online I would have been up a less than clean creek without a means of propulsion :). It was installed on the date and time scheduled. After the installers left I noticed a minor issue, I contacted the company and they had a tech out the next day and the issue was corrected. AAA+++ customer service! So if you are considering a hoist make sure Aresco is on your short list of sources. Thank you Sergio, installers, and service tech.

Bought a 9,000 pound Bendpak lift from Aresco. Not only was the delivery timely, but the install was quick and easy. Sergio and his team made teh process easy and the lift has been a dream to have.I’ve had one small service issue wiht the lift, and they were on it. Good to know the servive after the sale is as good as the initial service.

I have purchased 2 lifts from this company on 2 separate occasions. They did a great job both times! On the 2nd lift, I hadnt used it since it was installed several months ago, when I went to use it there was a slight problem and I called the company and they had a technician onsite with in 30 minutes!!!! I purchased a Aresco 4500lb lift made in USA. 4500 LBS 4 post drive on with 3 drip trays, 2 steel ramps and 4 stop plates. This unit sold to a friend. They went to his house and disassembled brought to my house and assembled and has worked perfect. Great lift and great guys to deal eith.

Very unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. I UNDERSTAND circumstances when it comes to part availability!!!!!!!! but that doesnt change how you deal with people and communicate. They lack professionalis. I do wanna add the workers they sent out are polite and knowledgeable but I cant say that about managment. They were recommended to me but definitely will not recommend them to anybody else. Very unprofessional and lack of communication I cant stress it enough.

Most regretful descision ive made in long time. Guys are unprofessional and from what i could see untrained. My freind and i ended up helping the guys to get lift installed properly. Lift came to me scratched and banged up. Complete joke
