I like this store they are polite and friendly and they get you in & out. This place still understands a thing or 2 about customer service.

Please do not be fooled by the INSANE price gouging here for whiskey! trying to sell a 5th of Sazerac for $90, among other crazy prices that I saw.

I happened to call one day looking for some hard to find liquors and George said I have everything. Today is my 3rd trip into Total Beverage and they truly do have EVERYTHING!!

This place is absolutely amazing!! The staff goes above and beyond and I can always count on them to stock the items I purchase when they run low. They definitely make me feel like a valued customer. Their prices are excellent as well. I moved and they are no longer on my route home but I will continue to go out of my way because of the way they make me feel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Total Beverage Liquor!!!

This place has the best selection around! Tons of beer, cold or room temp. We’re always in there for a while trying to decide what we want because there are so many options. Tons of wine, and tons of liquor. They also have snacks and basic things like milk and butter. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Happy to have this place so close to us.

Im somewhat new to the area and was nervous about frequenting a liquor store for safety reasons. However, the staff are welcoming and friendly and George is wonderful. I dont feel unsafe when I come into the store at anytime of day/night. This place always has what I need. Check it out!

I play the lottery there sometimes. I generally get a hello and a good luck with my tickets and any change placed in my hand. I dont know if theyre genuine or just know minimum customer etiquette.

I recently visited this store to return bottles. The owner asked me to pull the cart up to his window so I could unload the MI bottles. Once I proceeded to unload the bottles, he stopped me and advised that some of the bottles he couldnt take back, because I had not purchased them from his store. I advised him that I did in fact purchase the bottles from his store, and he got in a rage and started screaming at me. I advised him that I was not going to argue over a ten cent return bottle. He then asked one of staff members to come and count my bottles for me. Once the staff member started counting my bottles, he started putting some bottles back, stating they did not take that particular bottle. I advised the guy again that I had in fact purchased the bottles from this store, and that if I went over to the cooler, that particular bottle would be there. The staff member said, well we never charged you for the bottles. I said how you never charged me for the bottle, when on the back of the label, it clearly read MI bottle return. Needless to say, the owner got furious and started screaming to the top of his lungs. I will never purchase another thing from this store. I would rather drive down the street before being ridiculed like that again

Went into it to buy a bottle of whiskey. Was waiting on my I.D. in the mail(Im 25), current one had void punched into it and a new paper copy attached. Dude turned me away saying he wouldnt accept it, asked to talk to someone else (Id bought here before from a guy I saw helping someone else), refused told me to leave. Used to buy here all the time, never will again, staff was amazingly obtuse.
