My hat is off to Colin and the rest of the staff at Applied Imaging.Since our Canon C650 was installed we have received fantastic, fast and reliable service. The machine communicates when supplies are low and they just appear automatically at our doorstep. I never run low or out of toner anymore. The quality of the printing is incredible and it uses way less power than our old Xerox machine.With Canons great hardware and Applied Imaging providing service you cant go wrong. They have always returned the few service calls we have had promptly and the Techs really know their stuff. They can remote in right to the machine and fix stuff right away. We are stuck with this company as its the only servicing company for our printer. When we have issues we call for service n they tell us they will be out. A few days will pass n no one shows up. So we call back n somehow our ticket will have been closed or canceled. This particular time we need a printer part. The tech who was very nice came out same day for once. He fixed our printer the best he could but we needed a part he needed to order. He told me he would be out in another 2 weeks with the part to fix our printer. That was the beginning of Feb. Almost a month goes by so I call in and they say they will have him reach out. We get no phone call. I call the next week they say the same thing with the same results. So I call again a few days later n actually get a phone call this time. The service person lets me know they canceled my ticket so he never ordered the part but he will look into it. Again more time passes n nothing so I call again. No call back. I call in again n they say they opened a ticket but why would I believe them? I asked for a manager as obviously I cannot trust them to follow through n was left on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. I guess Im supposed to just hope I get a call from the ticket they supposedly entered yet again n if not I call tomorrow again n waste my time for them to do more nothing. Its a joke working with this company. No one takes accountability for anything n they clearly do not care that their system has huge flaws as no one addresses it. Yet we are stuck waiting n no where else to go for a solution.
This company is definitely motivated to please their clients. I often see their service vehicles on the road while I am running my sales calls. Applied Imaging is dependable, experienced, and enthusiastic about their business.
