I sell appliances at a local retailer, alas... We no longer carry parts in our store. Thankfully, servall is in the area. I cannot count the amount of customers I have sent to get knobs, lights, and various other parts. Heck, sometimes I send people there because Im not sure about something and Id rather not guess. Probably the only store left in the area that keeps parts on hand. No salespeople trying to sell you junk you dont need.

Is too bad I had to leave a star at all. Would have left 0.Between Kenwhirl appliance service and Servall, they’ve got the market cornered for ineptness.One didn’t hear the part on shelf after a few calls and was told they did.Servall just flat out screwed me. Said the part had to sent ups, paid for it, received it, and it was wrong part. Don’t have ability to override system and send one overnight for Saturday because it costs too much.Well I’ll say it’s going to cost a lot more as word of mouth will keep EVERYONE I know in the wholesale plumbing business away from your store. That’s just let’s say, a few thousand customers.Thanks for nothing as I’ll find part elsewhere, anything to not deal with either of these 2 companies again.

Amazing service. I had a worn out furnace igniter and brought in what I had. Had a replacement part and installed it right there to see if it fit. In the store for 10 min. Great people to work with.

Went in for a thermal fuse for my dryer, turns out my timer on the dryer had gone bad. The guys there knew exactly what I needed. I felt the price was a little high for the fuse initially ($22), I saw the same product online for $2-5. What made them stand above the rest is the fact that the inflated price includes a LIFETIME WARRANTY on the product. I went through about 10 of these fuses before actually figuring out it was the timer, and they returned each and every one and sent me home with a brand new one every time with no problem. Good guys here, buy from them.

They make dyi easier. They have everything. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They stand behind their warranty and product warrinties. Easy to reach location across metro area

Very shady parts guy. Feel like they play dumb. Parts are over priced. Didnt help me out on a simple fix which any guy in the industry should have known how to correct my problem but insisted I called a repair guy. Dont go here they take advantage of the average DIYer. Unless your a contractor then Im sure he would have been able to help me out.

Excellent customer service. Didnt have the part I needed in stock. They ordered to have delivered directly to my home for the next day and gave me a discount to beat the price of another store! Whoo-hoo

If they dont have the part. If it is available, they will order it and have it for you to pick up. The owner is very nice.

I believed my dryer igniter had gone bad, when I tested with ohm meter resistance was out of spec. Parts counter guy wouldnt sell me the part, said the old one was fine and recommended a professional - even gave me his card to call for service. I decided instead take a chance with very inexpensive igniter from an eBay seller, about $12 (servall sells these for $30+) Guess what, it fixed the problem and working fine over the past 4 years. I wonder what his guy would have charged me.

Most friendly and helpful staff ever! Parts cost more than ebay not because of the lifetime warranty but also because they only sell genuine brand name OEM replacement parts, in other words unsurpassed quality / nothing from China! And they back it up!
