Kinsa small and semi-secluded, making it my favorite bath and body works. It means semi-annual sale items stick around a little longer foe slow-pokes like myself.

My better half loves bath and body works and she partakes in most of the sales.. every once in a while Ill get something for myself.. the employees are very knowledgeable about the products and are eager to help you find what you like.

Hidden store which is perfect for shopping big sales. Many people dont know about this location and I like that cause this store is usually fully stocked and always have sale items available.

This hidden jewel of a location is great when they have sales and you dont feel like dealing with the mall crowd. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Very well organized, stocked and clean. I always go for the candles and Im never disappointed. Be sure to sign up for coupons they are some of the greatest deals.

Did not have anything i was looking for. They have taken too many creams and sprays. Off the market that were do much better. Then any of the new ones in the 5 years. I dont want my vanilla brown sugar mixed with SHEA. The plumeria and fig and warm brown sugar and a few others during this time.

Love bath and body works. As a worker there and customer its my favorite place to go for my body scents. And the Southgate location is close to me and cozy tucked back in the shopping center. Friendly employees and make you feel welcomed

Clean store friendly staff. I definitely prefer this store much more than the next closest location, which is in the mall. It doesnt seem to be as crowded, especially during the holiday season, which makes shopping that much easier!

It may be in the corner of nowhere, but the girls in this store are always so helpful. I have shopped at this location for about 10 years now. My sister and my mom always get bath and body works items for Christmas and birthdays. The workers are very polite and helpful everytime i go in there. I dont think i have anything negative to say about this locations or the beautifal ladys that work here!!!!!!

Nice and friendly lots to choose from

It was nice but it was very very hot in there. I was sweating the entire time. My shopping experience wasnt at all comfortable. A customer should never have to be uncomfortable while shopping. The Manager or whom ever should keep in mind the comfortability of the customers. Please turn on the A/c thanks.

I love Bath and Body Works and this is my favorite store to come to because it is hardly ever crowded when I visit. It is easy to look around and maneuver the store. Staff is helpful and there are lots of item to chose from.

I don’t know who they are hiring at this location, but I had the worse cashier ever. I don’t think I have EVER gone to a Bath & Body Works and had a rude cashier. They’re usually overly pleasant, this chick was acting as if I was completely inconveniencing her for being her customer. I am done with this location. You shouldn’t be in customer service, waiting on customers if you can’t be pleasant to your customers.
