Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I got my brakes done on a Saturday, and picked up my car Saturday night; and hadn’t driven my car since yesterday(Monday) As I was walking out to my car I noticed this damage and the bottom of my car which was NOT there prior. I contacted company and they told me there was nothing they could do. I will never be returning and definitely do NOT recommend this company to anyone. Super disappointed and so upsetting at how they handled things.

Dave was a life saver. Needed a repair in a pinch and he moved things around and got me in. Even stayed later to work. I appreciated it so much. I definitely would recommend this place!!!

Dave was friendly and very honest. He could have charged me for an alignment and not actually been able to do one like the last place I took it to, but he told me what I needed to get repaired first before getting the alignment. Definitely won my business!

Map quest said open till 7pm. It was closed way before then. Closed at 5:00 .went there., got there at 6 😞💔😖need to change your time on the map and internet ...not good gas price is to high to go on a dry run 18 mins away from where i was..😷😡😱

I dealt with Eric, Pretty Good Experience! Eric is pretty knowledgeable and honest. He pointed out some issues with my car, but said they are not immediate needs. They replaced the power window assembly and it works fine. I would recommend them to everyone! They Take Good Care Of You Here!

Always helpful and do good work when you need someone to change tires. I bought wheel locks for my tires at some other place just to find out the locks were for a car, I have a truck so I ended up buying the wheel locks on sight and after they finished the work. I paid for the work and they gave me a break which was super of them.

After finding myself stranded by MDOTs stellar work maintaining i75 causing a massive hole in one of my tires driving through Michigan at 4p on a Sunday, I was able to get the spare on and visit this Firestone. They were able to source and install the tire size I needed and had me back on the road in about an hour. I compared their price once I got home (since I was basically at their mercy upon arrival if I wanted to get home that day), and found that the price I paid was competitive, so overall Im pretty pleased.

Very thorough diagnostic evaluation of the issues with my car. Kept me informed of the progress they were making on the necessary repairs. The work was completed within the timeframe promised...they actually finished ahead of schedule. No further problems with my car. Their prices are reasonable. Dave and the staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

As long as I have a choice I will NOT take my vehicle anywhere else but here! My blinker was blinking really fast so I called to see if they could change it. Dave advised me that they could and quoted me a price over the phone. When I arrived I was able to get in right away. Wow, very friendly personnel working there and very professional. I was extremely happy when they also checked the bulb on the other side and advised me that it was getting ready to probably burn out also since the car is a 2007 I was worried the other one would go out on me. So very pleased that both bulbs were replaced and I didnt have to worry about driving with a burned out turn signal. I live in Dexter Mi and was just visiting down there and I have to say that this is the first time I have been to a Firestone but it will not be my last. There really arent very many reliable and honest stores near me and at this point, I am honestly willing to drive 50 plus miles to have any future work done on my vehicle when it needs it in the future. Give those guys who work there all some recognition and a raise because they have just won you over a new customer with their smiles, super personalities and most of all their honesty. I didnt appreciate the goofy side eye I got when I was told I couldnt get a tire rotation when I was told that I could come anytime. I didnt know a tire rotation was that serious. Dont tell customers you can come any time then turn them away, thanks.

The customer service rep Dave was very helpful and gave me options for what we could do for the tire I had the problem with. He gave me a future price on some new tires and he fixed my tire currently as a courtesy to me. Excellent service. Needless to say I wont be going to Belle Tire anymore!

I used to use this location for service (3-5years ago). When I asked about some work I had done, they couldnt find any reference to me as a customer. NOT disappointed in the service from the location, disappointed that the system or operator couldnt find my records.

Eric and his team always take care of my vehicle in a timely manner and do quality work.

Decent place - the problem I asked them to fix broke again.They will also try to upsell you on unnecessary things. Told me I needed new tires but 2 other tire places said I had plenty of tread left.Be sure to double check their work.

This is the 3rd time I have done business at Firestone in Southgate. They have always been timely, courteous and friendly. Tonight while I was waiting a lady came in and said she bought wipers at OReillys but they couldnt get them on so they sent her to Firestone. Now mind you it is a -1 outside with the wind chill and the wind is blowing pretty hard. Dave at the greeters stand in Firestone went outside to help her. The product didnt even come from them. This guy eric that works here is a flaming idiot. I couldnt get him to replace the compressor in my a/c unit. He kept on going on about how they have to charge me to do tests first. And then anything else that wrong with it the HAVE to fix too. I cant just get my compressor replaced. He just wont replace my compressor. My belt is rubbing on my compressor and I dont want it to snap if im an hour away from my house. Easy simple fix. He said absolutely not. They obviously cannot handle doing it or it would be no problem. Especially since the one in allen park said they would be more than happy to do it. They could make 400-450 bucks in less than 2 hours of easy work im sure the employees wouldve appreciated. The guy is bad for business. Must be getting paid commission or something im not sure.It is obvious They dont need business so you might want to go somewhere that does. Prolly be cheaper too

Had new tires installed and they neglected to disconnect the air shocks. Both have to be replaced because theyre damaged and leaking air. So I thought I was saving a couple of hundred by going to this place but now Ive got a $1200 repair. I wont be going back to this place!

Bought new tires this weekend for both vehicles. Glad we did. Snow storm today.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had one of their credit cards and did my repairs/payments like the, but even after the repairs the car wouldnt work right or was worse. Took it to another shop and they said all parts I had replaced were old or never replaced. Wasted around 2,000 for them not to do anything.

I was charged for parts that wont actually fit on my vehicle. Was also told my warranty was going to be voided because I refused to pay for the $65 alignment that a different tire place said I dont need. And to top things off they filled my washer fluid with blue water, when I told them not to.
