Could not get a plain chocolate shake, or cone cuz they did not have chocolate ice cream! Couldnt get a strawberry shake last time there, they didnt have that either...so sad! Also, they do not have 31 flavors of ice cream😤

I was charged incorrectly, when reported. The manger was awesome in trying to give me a great and friendly experience at tgis location. He went above and beyond of what I would have expected. Thanks and I definitely will return to this location again. 😊 very very Satisfied.

Always clean, open 24 hours but depending on the employee you might get a normal size scoop or you might not. I take my ice cream sacred so I need my large scoops.

Female employee was very nice and smiled when taking our order. Clean location in nice area.

Ice cream and service were just fine, but the franchise was obviously suffering: no air conditioning, understaffed (we were alone in the store for 5 minutes wondering before we found the handwritten note), poorly maintained (door missing an exit bar). Just not a very enjoyable outing.

I went in today about 10 minutes ago 07/10/17 and ordered a doughnut. The doughnut was hard as a rock. I noticed when I got to my car so I brought it back. The guy on duty was incredibly rude about taking it back and gave me a lot of attitude because I wanted another doughnut. He didnt even wanna give me a bag for the doughnut. I work close by and go in regularly the service is rarely decent but they are not usually rude. I will not be returning.

As long as they have Baseball Nut Ice Cream theyll get 4 stars but 5 stars once they have the Baseball Nut prepackaged.
