Havent even received my slappin new mattress yet; Im just speaking purely on the staff. Great environment, low pressure and all about the customer. Harley was a great guy who listened well and educated my wife and I through the process and made sure we got what fit best for us. The finance and flexibility options were great too. Ill sleep well on this purchase and the experience.

Salespeople are knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and courteous. I have been looking for new beds for 2-3 years comparing quality with price. Sleep Number always came up on top.

So far experience was very positive. Tried out several models of beds and felt the P5 was the bed for us. Next will be the delivery, lets hope that goes smooth

Never felt pressured or they didn’t try to sell us anything that we really didn’t need so if you’re looking for a Sleep Number Bed this is the location to come to..

Jared was very knowledgable and helpful. He suggested things that he thought we would like or felt we needed after the initial testing, but was not pushy. If we said we didnt think we wanted/needed he did not press on. He did not keep trying to find things for us to buy. We definitely recommend anyone close to Southlake to go and see Jared. You wont be disappointed.

Our Sales Associate Tom was very knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly he wasn’t pushy. He answered all our questions and gave us time to think and discuss independently before we made the decision to purchase our new mattress set. I would highly recommended this company and store.

Favian was awesome. He was knowledgeable, patient, and funny. He helped us chose what will hopefully be the perfect bed. I prefer a FIRM mattress, while my husband preferred soft. We got the hardest (which still seemed soft) there was.

We have two sleep number beds & love them. We purchased sheets from this location in Jan and was very pleased with the service. Not so much this time. We asked to have credit run under wifes name but they ran it under the husbands name. They did get it right so we paid differently. Was told the bed would arrive in about 10 days. Delivery has been pushed out to the end of July per a system generate email with no email address to follow up. We need the bed at the delivering address by July 1st.Very unhappy with this purchase.

Tom was an excellent salesperson and solved a problem for me that Sleep Number Customer Service said they could not help me with because my three year old i10 king base was Obsolete and a new i10 mattress could not be used with it. I would need to buy a new mattress and base. With his simple solution he solved my problem and made a $6000.00 mattress and bedding sale!! Thank you Tom!!!! I sincerely appreciate your help.

Been to several Sleep Number stores and I must say this store had the most knowledge. They were very friendly and were not pushy. I will be returning there and seeing TOM the sales rep for them when we are ready to buy our bed.

RUN AWAY FROM SLEEP NUMBER!!! So much sales people don’t tell you!!! We bought top of line I-10. Told try it out you don’t like it return no issue. They don’t tell you that the bed isn’t returnable!! We didn’t even sleep on it one night and heard about the magnetic field and wanted to return it even r change!!! No dice!!! They don’t tell you if you have a pace maker or must keep credit cards away from bed because magnetic field so strong. They don’t tell you that service for Sleep number SUCKS!!! They treat customers horribly and experience is worse than Verizon or any other “loop” calls you make!! Then you find you’ve bought a nightmare for thousands of dollars and all on deceptive marketing. I feel angry. DONT BUY THIS BED!!!!!

Lisa was an friendly and comfortable salesman. So was the bed.

Not happy with the bed at all. All it is, is an air mattress with latex foam as a topper. The foam topper slides to the bottom of the bed and I have to unzip the cover to readjust it. Ill go back to a regular spring mattress.

If you want a new bed to form to your body and not you forming to the bed then highly recommend
