I needed a new battery for my old Citizen watch. When you purchase a battery for 19.99 you get the lifetime warranty. I used that benefit when my watch stopped working. They happily replaced and quickly put a new battery in and thanked me for coming in. Why aren’t all businesses like this??? Happy customers are returning customers!

Unlike what their website says this company only recycle flourecent bulbs and rechargable batteries and if you want them to recycle them they charge you for that for $1 an item. Look elsewhere

I stopped by the retail location in Southlake earlier today to have the new car battery that I ordered installed. From the initial phone contact with Christopher a few days ago to installation process with Rou and his co-worker today, it was a very smooth process. I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. Great service overall IMO.

My Samsung S7 battery was getting old, got it replaced here, and it worked for a day... After the first day it would work fine until it got to 60%, then it would immediately go to 0% and shut down completely... It would take me 2 or 3 full battery charges just to get through the day with light to moderate phone usage. For a place whose entire business is replacing batteries I am very disappointed that they installed an old/dud battery. I took back the phone on a Sunday, they were nice and apologetic, and are currently working out installing a new battery. Today is Tuesday and I havent gotten my phone back yet... Thankfully Im okay without it, but if you had to have a phone for your job or something this would be a HUGE inconvenience.2 stars instead of 1 because the employees were nice, and apologized for the bad battery. But I wouldnt send my mother to get her battery replaced here.

Extremely rude employee emerges from back room and aggressively says you need to leave and get a mask. I had a box full of batteries to recycle and one example to buy. I took two steps to the counter to put the box down and said Ill go get one, but can you find this battery while Im out there?. The employee again rudely said you need to exit the store and get a mask. I was the only person in the place and was smiling and compliant. I told him he didnt have to be rude and Id be happy to never return. He didnt seem to care. No wonder the place was a ghost town.

Bought a Rayovac 6v lantern battery for $7 here. You can get a two-pack at Walmart for $6.44. Pricing is not competitive, but its convenient when you dont want to wade through wally world. Still cheaper than Amazon Prime at $9.94 per battery though

Got me some golf cart batteries. Saved 10% by ordering online and picking up in store. Switched them out myself and got the job done for half the price the golf cart shop wanted to charge me. If you do this, buy the little strap to lift the batteries in and out, makes it much easier.

You seem to have good products and youre only slightly higher priced than other places.They used to be able to give you the 10% off at the counter if you asked, instead of having to order it online first. Well now they apparently cant do that. I had to order it from my phone online and then wait for it! Its just a bigger hassle for your customers.Friendly service and a good product.

My U-verse system said I needed to replace my battery, so I took it in to get a new one. Instead, they tested the battery only to find out it was fine and they told me how to reset the unit at home. They could have sold me another one but they helped me out instead. Really appreciated their service.

DONT use this location. Actually RUN from this location. I was purchasing a car battery, called while at the Lewisville location (which i highly recommend) and was told they have my battery. Great, got there removed the old battery from the car and then was told that they wouldnt accept my business discount since they are a franchise store. I told them Lewisville, Addison and several locations around DFW have no issues with the business account. Was told thats there policy...and obviously you need a battery for my car. I asked if i can apply and was told sure it takes 5 days and we wouldnt allow a difference refund on this purchase. Had no way to start my car at this point... Total scammers..

Bought my niece a watch in Paris. Note- I do not believe you can purchase any portable devices in France and expect your item to come with batteries. When I arrived stateside I made a beeline for Batteries plus. A very pleasant gentleman sold me the correct battery, and showed me how to get the rather puzzling back compartment open. Thank you. No refund and corporate didnt seem to care. I highly recommend not using this store or at bare minimum not this location. Go to Interstate batteries or somewhere else.

Amazing quick service. Knowledgeable and professional. Bought car battery online before leaving work, got call that it was ready before I reached home, swung by store and was installed in 15 min! They even checked my old battery to make sure that was the problem rather than just selling me a battery regardless. I felt like it was a drive thru battery change, and Im saying that in a good sense. Was home and done in no time. Would definitely buy from them again.

They also have a very good web site with excelent product search functions allowing you to order online and pick up at the store. They will definately honor any warranty issues with a valid receipt to save your receipts. Cash and credit cards accepted. This is my go to store for fantastic savings on quality batteries. I accidentally rated this business too low because I mistook it for the location on North Davis Boulevard in North Richland Hills. In fact when the Davis location ruined my equipment the Southlake location did their best to try to repair it. (It was not repairable.) I have always gotten great service from the Southlake location and they usually have what I need.

Didnt have battery I needed

I have sent used this location as a reference point for people I have came in contact with. From here on out I will NEVER use them ever again. I originally bought a universal battery charger from another location. I no longer needed it because we ended upgrading the phone. So I took it back to this location because the receipt said I could return it within 14 days. It had only been 5 days. I walked in and a lady by the name of Felicia came from the back. Informed her that I needed to return the charger. She got a pissy and said, Cant you take it back to the other location? We are all franchised and you didnt buy it from here. I didnt know when I was going to have time to take it back so I informed her I wouldnt be able to make it back on that side of town anytime soon. She got all upset and started swearing under her breath. She did what ever she did. The next day I see that she didnt refund me, she charged me again and kept the device I gave her. This is by far the worst experience I have ever experienced. I contacted corporate to inform them about this asinine experience. Id rather buy my stuff on Amazon now.

Replaced watch batteries and they only lasted two months. The battery for my fit bit only lasted 3 weeks! They said we dont know how long the batteries are good for. Seriously the original batteries lasted for 3 years.

In February I purchased a battery for my Harley. The battery cranked my bike all of 3 times. I had the battery on a tender when not being riden. I went out to turn the bike on and the lights and ignition came on, but when you push the run button everything died. Ive worked on cars and bikes for my whole life. That is a battery issue. Hooked it to the charger and it flashed an error code. I took it to this store where I purchased it. Felicia was rude. While acknowledging that she knew nothing about bikes she stated that it had to be my bike because the battery was fully charged. Im sorry but the diagnostics on what battery was doing in the bike and on the charger say otherwise. She refused to remedy the issue. Now Im out the cost of this battery and I have to go to Harley and buy another battery. Not to mention the time and gas this sets me back.Rude staff that isnt helpful and thinks they know everything.NEVER SHOP HERE!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Purchased a battery that was suppose to fit my motorcycle, it did not fit. I put a gouge in it to get it out of the battery box. Tried to exchange it for the correct size, their resolution was to purchase another battery. When comparing battery it was clear the battery was bigger than original. Told me to have a nice day. Will never do business with them again!!

DONT GO HERE. Thought I would avoid the poor quality $20 online computer battery replacement and spent $90 on one from this store but battery was DEFECTIVE - battery meter wouldnt work and very little battery life improvement over my 6 year old original. Then the store wouldnt take the battery back because I didnt have all the original packaging - note that I had the original box and receipt. Its 2017 - who keeps original packaging? BAD RETAILER - do not go here because they will not stand behind their products. PACKAGING?!?!

My experience? Atrocious business practices. Bought two motorcycle batteries couldnt use either refused to return them the same day. Plus they were just cheap Chinese junk that were totally inadequately after the staff assured me it was consistent in quality with the one I brought in. Wrong. I bought a battery for my generator and it wouldnt hold a charge so I took it back for a refund but they said it had a 14 day return policy and they wouldnt give me a refund. I had the battery for 3 weeks. In addition to no refund the store manager Toby said that he couldnt understand why the battery didnt work. And then he claimed that I must have installed the battery incorrectly. Dont buy from this store. Not because they are idiots but they have no concept what customer service or common sense is. In December of 2012 I purchased a battery for my 2007 Suzuki GSX-R. They had two options. A $60 battery and an $80 battery. The man behind the counter said the $80 has a 2 year warranty. On Feb 17, I tried starting my bike (it had been 2 weeks since I last used it) and it did not crank. I took the battery back with my receipt and they acknowledged the battery was dead. When I asked for a replacement, the store manager said that because the battery is dead, he cant replace it. So what was the point of the warranty I ask. He said if the battery still had a full charge, he would replace it??? Explain that? The battery is not bulging and has no signs of damage. It has worked up until yesterday. Obviously some sort of manufactures defect. But the manager says, I cant give you a new one I never asked to be given anything I asked him to honor the warranty. Will never get my business again.

I brought a watch-type battery in for replacement. The guy looked it up and handed me a four pack replacement. When I got home, the batteries didnt work with the device. Found the right ones at Walgreens.When I tried returning the opened package, they wouldnt accept b/c it was open. Excuse me?!? You tell me these are the right ones and when they dont work Im punished because the blister pack was open?!If I had taken these off the shelf w/o the staff member looking up the right one, OK. BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased a Duracell car battery from this store for $160. After one year, it died leaving me stranded for 2 hours. I brought the battery in, and the store manager (guy with longish hair) said he couldnt pro-rate the battery because it was dead. Duh? So after 5 minutes trying to understand his backward logic, and his accusations that my car was the problem, I asked, So youre telling me that, over $160, you want me to leave this store, and go leave a negative review on the Internet that will likely steer others away from your store? His response: Go for it. Now that has top management at Batteries Plus written all over it. Anyway, I took my Lexus to the dealership to be checked out and it was perfectly fine. I purchased a new battery from a place that DOES back up its products, and my car is fine again.

Flabbergasted at the rude manager. I bought my 89 year old father a battery for his cell then found out the phone was dead. I took the battery back on the 15th day and was told in no uncertain terms there is a 14 day return policy. When I asked politely if there was anything I could do, Josh said, as condescendingly and rudely as possible, well if I do something for you I have to do something for everybody. I am a 50 year old woman, not his child and sent me on my way. Sean at the Fielder Road location was appalled as was the woman at their corporate facility. I will never darken their doors again. If it is their mission to ensure people are treated poorly they have certainly achieved this goal. Ive spoken to several people who have also gotten the same treatment for various reasons from Josh.
