This location is the same as the others . Nothing was really set up to see . This is now more of a costume place to be honest.

They are a little pricey, NO trying on costumes or mask, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. COOL STUFF THOUGH! I DID BUY MY STUFF THERE..

Got scolded for trying a mask on my 9 year old because of covid. Yet you can buy it, try it on in your car or at home and return it. Makes absolutely no sense.

Just bad interaction with staff, bad experience purchasing items as well as returning items same day. Anyways, I just think they get a little too swamped and don’t really focus on customer satisfaction. At least their selection is decent

This establishment got my earlier review deleted. They did not like me exercising my first amendment right and making it clear to the masses that their customer service is non-existent.
