So knowledgeable of the styles and inventory… she got a quick sense of my style and showed me so many beautiful items (did not waste my time) she was so On point to my needs and taste it was a fun shopping experience! She cleaned my existing pieces. All of her suggestions were Perfect!!
There is only one Pandora to shop at and it’s the Southlake store. Shelby and Sarah are my store specialists because they know every charm and know my style. They examine my bracelets and give suggestions on how to make it better. They also have so much passion for the store and their products. I love them and I love my Pandora jewelry!
I absolutely love this store! The ladies here are very helpful and so sweet!. Shelby W assisted me and made sure I got the perfect bracelets for my family. We most definitely will be returning soon. She was so exceptional I look forward to coming to the store next time.
Today, is my third time coming to this Pandora since the first time in April 2021. I’m impressed. Went to another location inside the North East Mall because it was closer to my home. But after a disappointing and rude staff experience, my husband and I decided to come back to this Pandora. I’m glad we did. First time was for a purchase, second for an exchange and third was for more purchases. Every time was quick and simple. Tomorrow is Mother’s Day and the staff here was very professional and organized. They had a sign in sheet, and you could look around until a staff member was ready for you. It just so happens that Shelby has been the one to help me at every occasion that I came. Very polite, respectful, and friendly gal. Good Job to this Pandora’s Staff, you’re doing a great job!
This particular location was awesome! I had to make an exchange due to a gem falling out of my original ring, and the ladies who helped us here were so nice and helpful! I ended up getting a pair of earrings too. The lady who helped me with that was so kind! If I ever need anything from Pandora again, I will be returning here!
FANTASTIC customer service and my new go-to store. First time visiting 2 days ago after a very rude encounter at the NorthEast Mall location. Shelby and Sara were great...very engaging and knowledgeable.

Insisted that i wear a mask... The young lady was very pleasant but shouldnt impose their beliefs on me. Especially when Texas is opening back up to 100%. I chose to leave and make my purchase online.

I would have loved to know the hours were changed. I made a blank trip, it says they close for 9 but it’s actually 7. I even called them around 5 to see if they were open and no one answered the phone.
I want to start by saying I love to go into the southlake Pandora store!! I’ve been a customer at this store for over year! The store is always clean! I enjoy the the whole experience of shopping there! The staff are friendly and very helpful! I take my jewelry to get cleaned once a month! My Pandora jewelry is always at its best! I for sure will continue shopping to this location and stay a loyal customer!!
I used to love this place since staff are normally friendly. But the last time I was in here, the interaction with the staff is so awkward. If only I dont need to get a gift on that very day that i was there, I wont buy from her. She seem irritated and not helpful at all. Oh well.....transfer her in different location I would suggest and I would go back with all my girl friends 😁

Worst customer service ever. Was there with my 12 yr old who can’t wear masks due to health conditions. Was offered a face shield which took them over 12 minutes to look for and assemble. I was wearing a mask and explained we were there just to pick up a ring she had seen online, knew the size and it would be a 2 minute transaction, but they were rude and arrogant. After paying for the ring, my daughter was immediately, and in a very rude manner, asked to return the disposable face shield 😂 needless to say all this hassle was pointless as we were still in the back of the store. Employees need customer service training ASAP. Sad to see how many stores are closing in SL Townsquare but with this type of CS have a feeling this one should be next.

The worst Pandora store I have ever visited. They were not helpful. When their machine didnt clean right their excuse was that the air and the minerals of the earth didnt allow the bracelet to be cleaned because they are also made from minerals. How lame. I have collected Pandora for years and I think Im done. I was going to buy several bracelets and charms this Christmas but after the ignorance and the insult to our intelligence. I may not buy Pandora ever. They saw my bracelets. They saw I was a customer and didnt care. Bye Pandora. Train your employees. You had 4 of them doing nothing.

I came in to buy a new charm for my mother for her birthday, and when I came in the employees were very helpful. I bought a charm based on their recommendation, and my mom was very happy. I also let the manager know that she had a broken charm on her bracelet, and she helped me get a replacement charm the same day. Im very happy with this Pandora and I will definitely be coming here from now on.
I absolutely love this store. The ladies who work here are very friendly and share my passion for Pandora. Ashley, Sarah, Ariel, and Dominique are great; they suggest items, and let me know of upcoming promotions and releases.You can describe a ring or piece of jewelry, and they know exactly which one you are speaking about. They know the Pandora product line!Due to COVID19, they are wearing masks and constantly cleaning the store; the jewelry and countertops get repeated wipe downs. (I know this, as I have visited the store repeatedly since they reopened.) They allow only so many guests in at a time. They are also happy to perform curbside service if you are uncomfortable entering the store.5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

The lady names Sarah M. No.171642 was rude and has a nasty attitude. Not to mention none of the employees are wearing mask which is very contradicting for a store whos policy claims customer safety and precaution to health guidelines.

This place should be ashamed. I called to complain to someone above the store manager and they immediately claim threats were made! I 110% never made any threats just would like to speak with someone on a higher level and let them know how poorly this store is run! Seems as the way things were handled on the phone the manager does not want this to happen. Employees smoking on property and management having horrible customer service and so mich more. Pandora is better than how this store is ran and it’s embarrassing for the company! Someone needs to know this.

It was my first time into this store and I was not happy after I left. There was 2 employees working and there was only one other customer in the store and I was not greeted at all. They did not help me or say hello when I walked in, after the first customer left they still did not give me one word or help out. I waited a good 10 min until I told them I was ready and then they helped me out. It was very unprofessional and I will not be going back.

Worst customer service ever. My husband had bought me a ring that was too small, no big deal, so we went in to exchange it fro another size. They found another ring and it fit so they gave it to me. As I was driving away I realised a gem was missing. They didnt even check the ring before they gave it to me! The whole time the women that was helping us had a horrible attitude and never once smile or even tried to be nice. We go back to let them know that the ring had a gem missing. They then told me there was no other rings of that kind left. I asked if they could order another, they said no because their WiFi was down and they havent received any of that ring back in. Ridiculous.

Bought a ring on Dec 22nd for my gf at NorthPark Mall. Dec 25th, my gf opened it for Christmas and tried it on and it was too big. No big deal I was told I could go and exchange it to any store if I needed a different size. We live in Euless, so we went to the Pandora Store in Southlake (since that was the closest one to our place) on the 28th around 7:30pm. We walked in and were greeted by an employee and told her we wanted to exchange the ring for a smaller size. I gave her the ring inside the box with the receipt. She looked at the ring and said she couldn’t exchange it since it looked like it had been worn. We explained the only time that ring was worn was when I went to pick it out and when she opened it on Christmas. She went and got her manager and the manager said “yea I can’t take it, I can’t resale it, the ring looks used” we tell her the same thing we told the employee and then takes out another ring and tries to compare them but they literally look the same. We then leave the store pretty upset and head to North Park Mall Pandora. We weren’t able to get her ring size since they have it in stock, but we’re able to get a refund with no problem or excuses about it being “used.”
If you want a nice ring just get a real silver one they say the will exchange your ring if anything happens to it well all of sudden my ring turns black and what did say we can’t change it it’s not what we mean by color change
Very disappointed in customer service. The assistant manager was extremely unpleasant and had a poor attitude for someone working in retail. I will never patronize this store again.
