This is a great grocery store. The employees are helpful and friendly.

Great customer service, the older gentleman with glasses went over and about with our needs. Store manager is very friendly and you can fill that positive through out the store.

Very clean & we jack pot in a flavor of our Vitamin Water Zero....fruit punch that we couldnt find anymore anywhere & we bought them all!! Thank you Tom Thumb Southlake.

They are kind of pricey on their regular stuff but when they have specials and deals those prices are usually great. Most of the people that work there are really nice but there is one lady that is a cashier and sometimes shes a little rude and the way she put stuff in the bags makes you hope your chips arent broken. But other than that its pretty good.

Horrible customer service make sure your employees are knowledgeable about the services you provide.

What sets this Southlake Tom Thumb grocery store apart from all of the others is it’s warm, friendly, inviting atmosphere of employees. I have personally shopped there for numerous years and now have come to know many of it’s employees by name. The store in itself is kept in excellent order. The restrooms are always clean, the presentation of the store is always at it’s best, and someone is always willing to lend a helping hand. None of this would be possible without the guidance of the store director Kelvin Hog. He is the glue that holds the store together and keeps all parts at all times working in conjunction with each other for the greater good of the Tom Thumb grocery store as a whole. The spirit that he carries with him every day is like a contagious burning fire. His always upbeat, positive attitude draws customers to the store. I personally have never seen Kelvin with out a smile on his face and something kind to say. He’s hardworking, honest, and has all the traits needed to keep this Southlake Tom Thumb grocery store thriving! To everyone at Tom Thumb, y’all are the best!!

This is a well managed store. Everything is clean, the staff is helpful, and the store is stocked regularly with new merchandise. The pharmacy is terrific.... incredibly personable and when you renew five prescriptions, you get a coupon for 20% off your next grocery bill. I would highly recommend coming to the Southlake Tom Thumb.

I ordered groceries and the next morning the raspberries were moldy. I didnt check when I unpacked the groceries. Then, that evening (day after I bought them) I take the hamburger meat out and it looked a disgusting gray. Trash for both.

I went in for roses, and, while they had a nice selection, the ones I liked were behind the counter. When I asked about them, I was informed they were being thrown away because their sell-by date is tomorrow. I countered with an offer to buy them at a discount, and was told they will not sell them because Tom Thumb does not want to have a reputation for selling cheap flowers. It seems wasteful to throw out all those beautiful bouquets as a matter of pride and/or reputation management.

Like this TomThumb better than Trophy Clubs Tom Thumb .Great manager here! This particular visit they were out of a lot of products but I usually have no problem. Appears to usually have more products than the Trophy Club one. Dont get me wrong---- Trophy Club one is fine for a neighborhood store and the personnel in both places are great! All wear their masks which Im thankful for!!!😺

Thankfully they were open for everyone before more winter storms come tonight and even though they were packed and on generator power, everyone was very helpful.

1st visit... Great selection here - I found everything I needed. They have great GF options, even my favorite cauliflower pizza! Clean and well organized store.Unfortunately the entire experience was ruined by a highly rude cashier. I was so tempted to leave all my food sitting at the register and walk. She didnt have a name tag so I have no way to report her to management.

Old lady at self check out spoke to everyone leaving the store but when me who is black and my wife who is Asian where leaving she had nothing to say and turned her back im not surprised because of the type of world we live in today SMH

Great store to shop..they have everything youcould possibly want...a little pricey so I am not a frequent shopper but I love to visit periodically for special things. They have a great selection in all departments from floral and gifts to prepared lunch or dinner items.Always clean, friendly staff and freshest available produce, meats and bakery items.This is one of the prettiest stores Ive shopped. I always enjoy the experience...yes,I am one of those...you know..I enjoy grocery shopping with atmosphere.

Great selection. Reasonable prices. Killer wine sale currently. Staff helpful. Could use more checkers on occasion. We go several times a week. Love the gas points. Just wish you could get points for alcohol. Still a big thumbs up! LOL

Ultimately enjoyed the year and a half I spent working here. It could get extremely hectic and stressful at times, and I seem to remember the front end hasnt been adequately staffed in a literal decade, but the quality of my coworkers and supervisors (once I got to know them and vice versa) made every day just that little bit easier. Everything everyone says about the quality of the staff here is being totally truthful. The meat from the meat department is better and cheaper than anything else in the city. *Always* buy your steaks, etc. from here. Just not produce. I disagree with people who say the produce is top notch. It isnt bad, just ... not the best. Seriously get the meat here though.All in all, I have lengthy and complex opinions about this place, all of which boil into something mostly warm and positive. Tom Thumb may be a leaky lifeboat sometimes, but boy is it a charming one.

I come here a lot before work to grab a yogurt, drinks, salad for my breakfast/ or for lunch break. Clean, fresh, very nice awesome staff. I walk over from my job and usually forget about my Tom thumb card on my keychain & the super sweet awesome lady at the quick check out still gives me my discount. I love this place.

The employees were careless in their use of the masks. They wore them incorrectly, and when it was mentioned, the cashier just saidyea, I heard it was supposed to cover the nose. Thats what they say. He did not care that he could expose others, and he was older and at risk. This is a hard time and ALL of us should do our part. Wont go back.

Centrally located in Southlake for easy access. They are usually stocked with anything you will need. They have a very friendly staff every time you check out and you are in and out with minimal lines. Of course temper your expectations around the holidays. If you have been to a Tom Thumb, you know what you are getting. This one is clean and tidy with everything youd expect.

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. The produce was beautiful! I couldnt believe how big everything was. And the selection of different vegetables was uncanny! Also, I was able to find a bunch of specialty items that I havent been able to find in other stores. Like Slawsa! I will be spending more time at this awesome store!

This particular Tom Thumb unfortunately has gone way downhill and its located right there in Trophy Club upscale neighborhood go figure I dont know why maybe they feel the competition from Central Market is too strong for them to do anything more than via basic store but the produce always if he and the prices are hot the only thing I have great deals on is Coke but it is the closest grocery store to my home so I basically shop there often

Store is always clean and stocked up well. The staff is friendly and willing to help you if need be. Ive only used the pharmacy at this location once or twice but the staff back there are helpful, friendly, and patient.

Gave it 3 stars mostly because I use to work there and had bad experience there. But for shopping its not a bad place for shopping, some prices are little questionable but overall though prices are pretty reasonable.

All good at the Tom Thiumb. I love that you can pay your motor vehicle fees there.

Had a great experience with the store on Southlake Blvd in Texas. We were looking to buy cooked meals at the deli counter and the guy behind the counter told us all the hot prepared foods were 50 percent off right before 8pm closing..the roasted chicken was great and the counter guy so friendly.

Sneaks up behind Me and says I can fix your problem with all the pull I have around here I though he was some sort of creep until I saw his tom thumb name tag ....Were not saying any names around here... I guess hes your guy hes got that pull !!!!!!!!!

Well, the Tom Thumb in Southlake doesnt have self-checkout so...This store is fine. My only complaint is the pharmacy. The do not have common prescriptions in stock and are not staffed for the volume of business they get.
