Went to their shop a few months back to have a transmission drain bolt removed (head was stripped off) They took it off and installed the new one provided and warned that the old bolt was cross threaded. Informed me that the drain port has extra threads deeper in and to get a longer bolt and washer from Tacoma screw. Everything worked out perfect. They knew there stuff and where to get specialty parts after as well!!! Will definitely go back.

Ive used Elite for general service needs on my 1958 Edsel. They are one of the few shops that isnt afraid of classic cars, and theyve always given me a fair price. They installed my dual exhaust and customized it with resonators. They fixed my leaky exhaust headers. They tuned the car. They also installed a Holley Sniper EFI and mounted the fuel pump on a custom mount. The work that they do is professional quality and I trust their experience.

My F350 needed a new starter and the folks at Elite let me know that they could take my BB (Big Baby) right that afternoon. Mind you, she is an heirloom 1995 and is very precious to my family so all things considered, she got deluxe care. And came out purring. Thanks, Elite.

Blew my radiator at 0200 driving to get my dog from the Emergency Vet. Was towed here by recommendation from the Tow Truck guy (Im not from here guys, help a sister out) and told me they were reputable and good people.Got a call from the mechanic and authorized the worked. He fixed everything and got me back on the road by 1400 the following day.Recommended 2 more items but no pressure to fix.Thanks guys for dealing with me in the middle of a crisis and doing a great job. Everything was immaculate work, and a bunch of people who enjoy what they do and take pride in it.

I had my brakes and rotors done at this place for the first time since I bought my truck. This was also my first time at this shop. Great customer service upfront, great waiting/lounge area. They got my trucks brakes and rotors done in 2 hours, didnt charge an arm and a leg. I would love to say I cant wait to go back ( but that would mean my truck would need fixing for that.. which I dont want ) but I will for sure go back to them if I ever have any further problems/upgrades.

I have worked on cars for 30 years for a different company. While on vacation My wifes alternator went out. I could have repaired the vehicle Myself but it was very hot & smokey outside. Instead of going to where I work I went to elite automotive. Bob was very friendly. I explained the vehicle problem to him. He said he didnt think it could be repaired that late in the day. I wont take my car anywhere else, EVER again!I had someone try to break into my car and really messed up some of my lock mechanisms and my window. These guys did a great job fixing me right up! Josh was so patient with me (having no idea the whole insurance process) and he was so helpful making sure everything was taken care of... and that I was kept in the loop thruout the process. I was on my way to see my grandfather that is passing away and then my vehicle completely stopped working. I had my baby with me and balling my eyes out because I wouldnt have been able to go to Oregon. I ended up at Elite Automotive...and right off the bat I felt comfortable. Josh was able to help me get my vehicle going in an hour and a half. I needed a new alternator and a new battery and I wasnt sure if I would have been able to see my grandpa...and I am able to now! I live in Texas and tried to buy a truck off e-bay. The owner had an inspection done by Firestone which said the truck was fine. Being generally suspicious of Firestone I looked online and found Elite. They did a 32 point inspection that actually checked EVERYTHING from mechanical to cosmetic. The truck was not even close to being what it was described as. Elite saved me from buying a piece of junk that looked good. If I lived in Seattle they would be my choice. Honest and THOROUGH in their work. Nuff said.

So Im driving Mt. Hwy on my way to school. Then I hear this funny noise. So I pull over at Elite Automotive LLC. I get out of the car to see what is wrong. Low and behold, I have a flat tire. So I went into the shop to see if I could obtain some assistance. AND what does the nice man do?! He puts my spare tire on for me, FOR FREE. Puts air in my spare tire, and shows me how my original tire came to be flat. Then, he helped me load up the tire and sent me on my way!All in all, a great experience even though it was a sticky situation. I know where I will be going in the future for any automotive help.

I brought in an 02 sensor for them to replace. My friend is a mechanic but his wife was having medical issues so he couldnt do it.They put the sensor in the wrong spot. Then they loosened my plugs so it was misfiring. I know this is true because I recently replaced the plugs with my mechanic friend about a month before and the car had been great. I cant go back because I brought in the new Bosch part from oreilys and they didnt warranty it.When the car wasnt running well I brought it back and asked. The guy said he cant do anything unless I am charged 100 bucks for looking at it. They knew what they were doing. Thank goodness for my friend who owns a custom shop. He told me that places like elite auto often rip people off. They charged me about 70 bucks which I didnt mind. Felt like they were doing me a favor.Dont let the nice waiting area fool you. Dishonest to a tee. I rarely write reviews but the tampering was so obvious to my friend the mechanic.I would go back but it would just be their word against mine and I know very little about cars. I know that I will never go back there again.

These guys are absolutely amazing! My truck broke down Sunday night, unfortunately causing me to miss work monday so I could get it fixed.. These guys not only got it done that Monday but also stayed open late for me to get there, get my truck and pay for it! They went above and beyond their duties!! Words cannot express how greatful I am of these guys!

I live in NC and my son lives in Spanaway. His truck was broken down and he couldnt afford to have it taken care of. I looked for auto repair shops on google and found Elite. I called them at 8 am and talked to Dwayne. He arranged for a tow truck and got my sons vehicle running before the end of the workday. I cant express my gratitude enough. Not one complaint..living in the area for 10 months and needed a vehicle inspection, great service, called me back for my msg to them..polite courteous. .amazing big clean waiting area, wifi, refreshments..big clean garage and knowledgeable staff management and mechanics that I met. I know cars pretty well but had just purchased a used vehicle and I wanted to get the inspection of overall condition of the car and they did a great job and doing that and explaining in detail any concerns and what may be needed and the next steps. Nice work overall! No doubt theyll fill up fast wth good reviews on here.

Just another crew of saboteurs. Either theyre incompetent to the point where they seriously screwed up a simple oil change or they literally sabotaged my truck. Im guessing sabotage.
