One of the remaining few stores of this chain of shoe stores. The staff are friendly and professional. The prices are low. The quality is about what youd expect for the price. This store is bright and clean. Theres plenty of room; it is not crowded or cramped. Reasonable parking. I will be back when I need inexpensive footwear. (Ive been there several times in the last year. )

The staff is is always very much helpful. I love them they are very nice. But if you have a size 12 foot and are a woman then the choices of shoes is very very slim. That is not cool. Too small of a selection compared to all the other shoe sizes.

Great service. I just have a hard time finding my size. 5 1/2 W womens. I would give it a 5* if they had more variety in my size other than tennis shoes, kids shoes, work shoes and older styles. I would be ecstatic if they had more boots or heals with a thick heel and not open toed. I always look though. My husband and boys always get what they want. Size 9, size 12 and the youngest just grew three sizes this school year now size 8.

Go to a different Payless. I tried to go by this store last night (it was 10 minutes before close), and the girls who were working in the store saw me pull in, turn off my car, and one of them came and locked the front door LOOKING RIGHT AT ME. Then the girls proceeded to stare at my car/close up until I left. Fine, whatever. I came back this morning and found some good shoes, but got home and realized I was overcharged and didnt get the right price. Not worth my time to go back, but Ill avoid this store in the future.

Im very thankful to have this Payless Shoe Source close by in Spanaway. Ive got large feet, Womens Size 12, but they have a decent selection. They even have Size 13! Very rare.Its hit or miss on how much is available of the different styles. However, the staff are awesome and will tell you when the next shipment is due or helpfully check with other stores.Boots, sandals, pumps, flats, sneakers, etc...come take a look!

This is the Payless I always go to! The ladies are ALWAYS pleasant in attitude and wanting to help you with the right choice. Love them!!!

Very helpful employees. Nice selection. They always offer to check other locations if they dont have the size of something I like. Dont forget to ask for AAA and Milatary discounts!

I can see why this place is shutting down, rude clerks and terrible customer services. Young girls who have no idea what they are doing. I understand about no public restrooms, but if it’s a dying emergency, and I’m paying anyways. Just rude!!!

Lady was super rude to me when I told her my sons shoes didnt fit what she thought he needed after measuring one foot. After realizing the other was bigger and I was right she then got a snottier attitude

This store is closing its doors. I dont know why, they are closing this store, I dont know if all payless shoesources are closing. But this establishment is closing maybe due to the fact Walmart is right down the road. Or maybe they are closing due to the fact of their location. Only payless shoesource knows. Never really shopped there.

I hope in the future there is a better plan in place for checking supplies before they run out. I was turned away today because they ran out of register tape and so they couldnt use their register to process an exchange.

Just heard all stores are closing and they have filed bankruptcy. Can see why you can never find your size.

The store was clean and the young man who helped me and my friend was very nice.

Ordered the grill shoe but was totally overdone leaving a kinda stinky shoe taste. Would not recommend. Nice atmosphere though. Not the best shoe spot in town.

Insanely high prices for a going out of business or closing down business type of sale going on, literally seems like they have prices purposely marked up trying to make u think ur gonna save money with a 30 percent off tag on it yet half the shoes in here are around 35+ dollars with tax and discount and Im only talking about the kids shoes . Theres no real sale at all to be honest
