Very hard initially to get ahold of the salespeople, but better prices than Home Depot.

Inside sales good and nice outside workers nice but took 15 minutes to be recognized to get a couple of boards

Didnt receive a notice for a special order item, I finally called and it was there for 3 days! It gets worse, took them 45 minutes to get around to the paperwork then another 30 minutes in the yard. I have been doing business with lumber mens for 25 years and this will be the last year
