This Rite Aid store is wonderful - it is clean, well-stocked and organized.The manager is a very nice person. The entire staff (including the pharmacy dept.) have excellent customer service skills which I greatly appreciate. Thats why Rite Aid is my favorite pharmacy.

This place though clean needs more attention to detail they have a sign hanging up that indicates where they keep their automotive products except according to their cashier they havent carried automotive products in YEARS!

It says no appointment needed for covid testing but they dont even do covid testing here.

Since Im retired military I use Express Scripts for my on going prescriptions but I use this Rite Aid pharmacy for prescriptions I need right away or just a one time prescription. I have always received excellent friendly service at the counter, drive through or over the phone. The store staff has always been friendly and willing to help. All in all just an excellent store!

General store: Wonderful associates! Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful at this store. Sometimes the registers get busy, but they always call for extra cashiers and never rush when taking care of each customer.Pharmacy: Great staff!! I have dealt with 3 or 4 different staff members and they have always been friendly, helpful and efficient in taking care of my pharmacy needs. I have only interacted with the pharmacist a couple times but on both occassions she was pleasant, knowledgable and attentive to my needs. Definitely recommend this pharmacy over a couple others I tried before.

I had planned to only do a little shopping here today but guess what? I failed miserably. I did a whole lotta shopping - what can I say? Rite Aid carries just about everything I need. I really like this store because the people are nice - especially Shayna. The manager of this store is a really nice guy, too.

Quick, professional service at the pharmacy! I was traveling and had to get my prescription transferred from Costco (my normal pharmacy) to this Rite Aid pharmacy because it was on the way. By the time I arrived for pick-up, which was within 20 minutes of my regular pharmacy calling it in, my prescription was ready for pick up! Very pleasant staff, great service! I dont live in the area and therefore doubt Ill have the need to use this Rite Aid again, but I wouldnt hesitate to give them a try again in the future if needed.

This is a wonderful store with friendly staff, good selection of OTC medications, everyday household items, gardening supplies and a great beauty section. I would like to extend a big thank you to Emma who helped me yesterday during the checkout process. She is kind (even when people are being rude and grumpy) plus professional and courteous - I appreciate Rite Aid for hiring nice people like Emma 😄

If I could give it a zero I would. Pharmacy is their worst!!!! Usually I love rite aid. They seem to hire great staff! I love their people. Except this one! I just called to get a price on a med. the lady who answered said she couldnt give it to me, I had to come in. After asking if I had insurance I said no. She said again if have to come in. I told her I bet they lose lots of customers that way, she replied we do. I called another rite aid down the street . They gave me the price over the phone. $286.00 no wonder why she wanted me in the store!!!!!!I refuse to shop in the mountain highway rite aid store pharmacy. The worst! (Its not worth using proper pronunciation writing this review)

Doesnt even deserve a one. Advertises drive through pharmacy open until midnight. We show up at 9:13 for an emergency prescription and the pharmacy closed at 9pm. No one could help us, not even to tell us where the nearest 24 hr rite aid would be, they guessed Federal Way which is about hour further away than the correct answer which is Lakewood. I will never shop here again the cashier didnt even show a hint of sympathy and wouldnt even offer to look up the right location for us. Absolute trash.

Came in, bought a PRE PAID card, no problem taking my cash but card doesnt work.Now I have to stand here for a half hour until manager gets back from lunch.Only person in store who knows how to refund and reissue a card???!???

This Rite needs an attitude check, every time I go into store the cashiers are rude condescending to each other in front of the customers, today was embarrassing!!Management should be aware of the problem unless they are the problem.No Aloha here!!

Horrible customer-service from The pharmacist. I had my doc call my refill early due to vacation travel. He- the pharmacist- literally argued with me about when I called to get my refill done, saying he wouldnt fill it early because I told him I didnt need it early. which didnt make sense. Why have my doc call unnecessarily? One day before Im sure to leave out of the country. 3 times I found duplicate charges on my debit card. Those each took 5-6 days and a ridiculous amount of calls to refund properly. I read these reviews and thought people were being dramatic....lol theyre not .Luckily there is another Rite Aid not too far out the way and theyre already 10 times better than these freaking people .Do not go here. You will be upset and you will be mad that you didnt listen to these First

A simple transfer was required from one pharmacy to another. I called ahead in order to get the process started and the pharmacy that I was previously going (the product was out of stock) was waiting for this Rite Aid to call in order to complete the transaction. An hour passed with no response, so I called back. I was informed by a tech that the pharmacist was too busy to make the call yet. Mind you...I drove from work and was walking into the store when they told me that they were busy. I was the only person, besides the employees, inside the store at this time. Hearing him in the background telling the tech in an annoyed way, that they would call me when he has time to call the other pharmacy agitated me. I wanted to make my presence known but decided to cancel my request, and go elsewhere.

I had mistakenly brought the wrong insurance card with me I needed to pay cash for my prescription. I was told if I brought back my prescription drug coverage card within 7 days I could get a refund. I brought back the information that I thought I needed to bring and the person in the pharmacy helping me told me that it wasnt working threw her hands in the air and walked away muttering that I should call my insurance company. I was very sick that day, evident by the emesis bag I was clutching. This was a time sensitive issue as this was the last day that I could get a refund and I tried explaining that to the pharmacy employee who had since walked away and ended our transaction. Im very disappointed that we couldnt resolve this and Im even more disappointed that I have to eat the cost of that prescription because I know that I have prescription drug coverage and I feel that if she would work with me we could have solved the problem.

How do you fill a class 2 narcotic prescription and then tell me the insurance expired, and then tell me I can just pay for it out of pocket? I called the insurance company, and of course it hadnt expired, and they told me the prescription had never come thru to be processed. I dont know what the heck is going on at this pharmacy, but I know Ill never go there again.

Terrible customer service. The store does not answer their phone during business hours. Never will I bring my business at this location again. Im using Fred Meyer pharmacy from now on. I am beyond upset.

They always get great employees, who do amazing work in the pharmacy, THEN THEY LEAVE. leaving us with sub par techs. Any how, since my wife will blow a gasket on them if they dont get thier spit right, they strive to do right by us, after said gasket is blown. Also, once I had walked in to get my script, and luckily looked inside bottle, it was 100 short, only containing the other 68..... that was a setback..... gasket avoided, they counted all they had and new they fd up..... I told them it was our dirty little secret, now they really helpful

This store and the drive thru is a joke plz teach yr people to enjoy others and not to ignore them . if people dont like working then quit Jesus . disappointed
